How To make Penny's Beans Adapted

1 lb Beans

cooked
1/2 Onion :

diced
1 tb Vegetable oil
2 cl Garlic

crushed
Lemon pepper 1 c Brown rice :

cooked
1 cn Mushrooms
2 c Vegetable stock
3 tb Lemon juice
