1 1/2 lb Stew beef 2 ea Green pepper, medium cut 2 T Olive oil 1 pk Onion soup mix 1 1/2 T Cornstarch 2 c Water 1 x Rice In a large skillet, heat oil then add meat which has been cut into thin slices. Cook till meat is brown, then add onion soup mix and water. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Add strips of peppers and cover; Simmer about 10 more minutes or till meat is tender. Blend cornstarch with a little water and stir into mixture in skillet. Cook while stirring till thick. Serve with rice.

Ingredients
2 lbs - Chuck Shoulder Steak (cut into 1/4 thick strips) 1 tsp - Salt 1 tsp - Black Pepper 2 TBS - Olive Oil 1 TBS - Minced Garlic 15 oz - Stewed Tomatoes 15 oz - Beef Broth 3 TBS - Soy Sauce 1/2 - Red Bell Pepper (cut into 1/2 strips) 1/2 - Yellow Bell Pepper (cut into 1/2 strips) 1/2 - Orange Bell Pepper (cut into 1/2 strips) 1/2 - Green Bell Pepper (cut into 1/2 strips) 1 - Large Yellow Onion (cut into 1/2 strips) 2 TBS - Corn Starch 2 TBS - Water Directions Season meat with salt and pepper. Add 1 TBS of olive oil to a large skillet over medium high heat and brown meat in 2 batches. Return all meat to the pan, add garlic, tomatoes, soy sauce, broth, stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and simmer for one hour or until tender. In a separate skillet over medium heat add remaining 1 TBS of oil and sauté onions and peppers for 2-3 minutes. Once the meat is tender (not falling apart) mix in peppers and onions, cook for 2 more minutes or until the vegetables are to your desired tenderness. Mix corn starch and water together until smooth. Stir into meat and vegetables and mixture will immediately thicken. Serve over rice or noodles.

BEEF MARINADE: marinate for at least 30mins 2lbs beef sirloin 2tbsp cooking oil 2tbsp honey 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp soy sauce 1tsp dark soysauce (or ordinary soy sauce if you dont have the dark soy sauce) black pepper 1tsp ginger and 1tsp garlic 1tsp chicken powder (Optional)
VEGGIES: green and red bell pepper onion celery (optional) 1tsp ginger, 1tsp garlic and oil for sauteing
SAUCE/SLURRY (you can adjust this proportion) 1c water 2 1/5 tbsp cornstarch 1tbsp soy sauce 1tbsp dark soy sace black -pepper to taste
NOTE: You can add more water if you want some more sauce to it.
