1 Yellow cake mix
1 Toasted instant coconut
-pudding =(i used vanilla) 1 c Water
1/2 c Oil
2 Eggs
1/4 c Poppy seeds; (1/4 to 1/2)
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.JM -----

This lemon cake is so velvety and yummy, your house will be full of lemon aroma when this cake is baking in the oven. Here's what you'll need:
1 cup sugar (200g)
2 teaspoon lemon zest (8g)
1/2 cup softened butter (110g)
2 tablespoons of veg oil
2 tbsp poppy seed
2 large eggs (room temperature)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice (30ml)
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (187g)
1 teaspoon baking powder(5g)

Lemon Heaven Poppyseed Bundt Cake
Oh, how I love all things lemon. Lemon meringue pie, lemon tarts, lemon squares and lemon poppyseed cake. The pop of the poppyseed is so pleasing - not to mention, I helped GROW the poppies that produced the beautiful seeds that I'm using for this cake! (Poppies are also wonderfully easy to grow, don't you know!) SO SATISFYING!
Simple, rustic and delicious- try this lovely bundt cake for yourself!
Orange Poppy Seed Bundt Cake with orange glaze
orange poppy seed cake! so easy and yummy
Batter:
2 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/4 cup milk at room temperature
3 cups of cake flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 + 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 + 1/4 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 + 3/4 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs at room temperature
for the orange glaze:
1 cup powder sugar
1 teaspoon orange zest
3 tablespoon fresh orange juice
how to make the cake flour:
add to a bowl : 3 cups all purpose flour
remove 6 tablespoon of all purpose flour from the bowl
add 6 tablespoon cornstarch to the all purpose flour
mix
sift this twice!
once you have sifted the flour 2 times
add:
2 + 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
mix and set aside
add 3/4 cup fresh orange juice and 2 teaspoon vanilla extract to separate bowl and mix the 2 together
set aside
in a mixing bowl add:
1 + 1/4 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
1 tablespoon orange zest
mix these two for 1 minute
after 1 minute add: 1 + 3/4 cup granulated sugar
slowly add the granulated sugar to the butter with the mixer still on
keep speed of the mixer on medium speed
mix for 4 minutes
the butter and sugar mixture will be light in color and fluffy
stop to the scrape down the sides of the bowl
after 4 minutes add: 4 eggs at room temperature
add 1 egg at a time beating for 1 minute
eggs should be fully blended in with the mixture
add some of the cake flour to the bowl, milk & poppy seeds and some orange juice
mix on low speed until flour is combined
repeat this 2 more times
scrape down sides of the bowl as needed
prepare a 9 inch Bundt cake pan
grease with some butter & dust with flour
preheat the oven to 325°F
add batter to the pan and using a spoon smooth the top surface
bake for 50 to 60 minutes
allow cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes
make the orange glaze
after 15 minutes remove cake from a pan and drizzle the orange glaze over it!
slice and serve!

MEK Poppy Seed Bundt Cake
The first video of the new year has to be a sweet treat.???? This Bundt cake is close to our all-time favorite pound cake in texture and flavor but with a lot fewer calories.
At the end of the day, working moms (like myself) and dads need a cup of tea or coffee and a big slice of this soft and buttery cake. YUM!????
Tips: Must sift dry ingredients 2 to 3 times. Must grind the sugar for easy creaming. Add ingredients in small portions and steps. And start checking on the cake's doneness 5 minutes before the cooking duration ends.
MEK Poppy Seed Bundt Cake
2 ½ cups plus 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
6 tbsp cornstarch
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
Combine the dry ingredients and sift them two to three times.
1 ¼ cup superfine sugar (grind the regular sugar)
1 cup soft butter
4 eggs
3 tbsp sour cream
1 cup room temp milk
1 tbsp poppy seeds
Vanilla extract
½ tsp lemon zest
Fresh raspberries- one 8 Oz pk
For glaze:
8 to 10 raspberries- mushed and pulped
½ - ¾ cup icing sugar
Mash the berries in the strainer and collect their juice. Add to the icing sugar gradually and mix till you get your desired consistency of the glaze.
Heat the oven to 350 F and set the rack to low third position. Grease and butter your 2-quart capacity Bundt pan or an angel food pan.
Let's make the cake batter.
Sift the dry ingredients three times and set them aside.
Cream butter and ¼ cup sugar for a minute. Then add ¼ more sugar and cream again. Repeat this process three more times till all the sugar is used up.
Start adding eggs one at a time and whisk well after each addition. Add zest and vanilla and mix.
Start sifting the dry flour mixture over it alternating with the milk. Sift ¼ of the dry mix over the butter mixture and mix it. Then add ⅓ of the milk and whisk again. Repeat this process three more times till all the dry mix and milk are used up.
Add sour cream and poppy seeds and whisk again.
Pour some cake batter into the bottom of the prepared pan and throw a few raspberries on it. Then scoop more batter on top and level it. Add more raspberries on top and then top it with more batter. Level the top and tap it gently on the surface.
Bake on the lower third rack position for 55 minutes. Take it out and check for doneness with a toothpick. Cool in pan for 5 minutes on a rack. Then unmold it and cool on the rack completely.
Glaze it or simply dust it with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
