An easy to make Cherry jam that needs only THREE ingredients and comes together in under 30 minutes.This stove top recipe is my favorite to make natural jams. There is no added pectin or preservatives in this one ????
Slather it over bread, add it in fruits and yogurt or make desserts using it; this jam freezes amazingly too.

INGREDIENTS:
For Cherry Almond Bread:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, or plain, strained yogurt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
3/4 cup white granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups cherries, fresh or canned
1/2 cup sliced almonds
For Almond Glaze:
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 to 2 tbsp cream
1/4 tsp almond extract

Ingredients:
4 eggs
200 g sugar
100 ml olive oil
250 g ricotta
A pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
80 g cornstarch
260 g flour
1 tbsp baking powder
150 g cherries
3 tbsp slivered almonds
60 g chocolate shavings
3 tbsp pistachios
Bundt cake pan
21 cm (8.3 inch)
Bake 40-45 min
175°C (347°F)

What's the best way to use of all the cherries (sour) this summer? ????Make an easy and incredibly soft cherry cake! If you don't have fresh cherries, you can use a cherry compote and just don't use the syrup.
Here are the ingredients:
204 g flour (sifted)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
170 g butter, softened
136g sugar
3 eggs, room temperature
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp milk
150-200 g sour cherries, washed ????
Bake in preheated oven at 175C for 35-40 minutes. Do a toothpick before taking it out.
Pan size is 30x20 cm.

Cherry Blossom Yogurt Bread recipe
Chef Brenda's Cherry Blossom Yogurt Bread
Directions:
Thaw eggs in refrigerator for 48 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 ̊F. Spray steamtable pans with nonstick cooking spray. Use 1 – full 12” x 20” x 2 1/2” steamtable pan for every 25 servings.
Prepare Cherries: In a medium bowl, toss cherries with 1 cup of flour until coated. Set aside.
Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a standing mixer or a large bowl, stir remaining flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a separate large bowl, whisk eggs, applesauce, and yogurt together. CCP: Hold at 40 °F or lower.
Combine All Ingredients: Slowly add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, using a large rubber spatula to remove any ingredients that are sticking to the bottom and sides of the bowl. Stir until ingredients are mixed. Do not over mix. Using a large rubber spatula, fold in coated cherries and any remaining flour that may have not stuck to the cherries.
Bake Bread: Divide dough evenly into steamtable pans and bake for 50-55 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 20 minutes. Cut into 5 x 5 pieces and serve.
