2 c FLOUR
2 ts BAKING POWDER
1/2 ts SALT
1/4 c EGG BEATERS
1/4 c SUGAR
1/4 c BUTTER OR MARGARINE, MELTED
1 c CHOCOLATE CHIPS
1 t CINNAMON
3/4 c SKIMMED MILK
PREPARE PAN BY GREASING WITH BUTTER, MARGARINE OR SOLID SHORTENING. IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, SALT, CINNAMON AND BAKING POWDER. IN A DIFFERENT BOWL, BLEND MILK, EGG, SUGAR, CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND BUTTER. ADD FLOUR MIXTURE ALL AT ONCE AND MIX ONLY UNTIL FLOUR IS MOIST. MIXTURE WILL BE LUMPY. SPOON MIXTURE IN TO PREPARED PAN. **** IF USING A brEAD PAN - BAKE FOR 50 TO 70 MINUTES AT 350 DEG F. OR UNTIL A PICK INSERTED IN THE MIDDLE COMES OUT CLEAN. **** IF USING MUFFIN CUPS - BAKE AT 400 DEG F. FOR 20 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM PAN IMMEDIATELY, COOL ON WIRE RACK. NOTE:: IF USING A brEAD OR LOAF PAN - LINE THE PAN WITH ALUMINUM FOIL TO MAKE REMOVING THE brEAD EASIER. MAKES 12 SERVINGS. The ingredients that you will need are:
1 cup plain flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
2 large eggs
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup melted unsalted butter
2 large ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips (3/4 cup for the cake mixture, 1/4 cup for the toppings)

Delicious Moist and Chewy Banana Bread Recipe
There's banana and then there's THE banana bread. This recipe makes the most chewy and moist bread that it's almost like cake. The addition of turbinado sugar to the pan creates a crunchy caramel like crust that is irresistible. Turn this bread into a dessert by simply adding toppings such as vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, candied walnuts and a pinch of sea salt!
Dry Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup turbinado sugar
Wet Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 eggs, room temperature
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. To a large mixing bowl add, 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 2/3 cups white sugar, 3/4 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp cinnamon
3. Combine and set aside
4. To another mixing bowl, add 3 very ripe bananas and mash well with a fork (consistency almost like a paste with small lumps)
5. Add 5 tablespoons softened and unsalted butter and 2 room temperature eggs
6. Combine with a fork, mashing up the butter as you go
7. Combine wet and dry ingredients together and mix well with a spatula
8. To a greased loaf pan, pat turbinado sugar on all sides liberally
9. Pour batter into pan
10. Shake to distribute evenly and pat on counter to remove any air bubbles
11. Bake for 40-50 min (test with a toothpick around 40 min and if comes out cleanly, remove)
12. Let cool on a wire rack

Easy Homemade Double Chocolate Banana Bread Recipe
This banana bread is incredibly tender, moist and flavorful, loaded with ripe bananas and chocolate chips.
INGREDIENTS
3 large ripe bananas
2 eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar (150g)
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup oil (80ml)
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (170g)
1/3 cup cocoa powder (35g)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips or chunks (130g)
Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
