Add the green beans and the red pepper; saute for another couple of minutes. Add the tomato and the macadamia nuts; saute another minute or two. Add the honey and the sesame seeds. Continue cooking just long enough to warm the honey.
NOTES: This is wonderful served with couscous. Use chicken broth when cooking the couscous. You can thicken the sauce with about 1/4 ts arrowroot, or some cornstarch.

I didn't really enjoy this dish. I may try it again using the flour and baking soda instead and adding at least 3 Tbsp. of the sesame seeds. It just didn't have enough of a flavor for me. The mac nuts were weird, to tell you the truth. I'm so used to having it on desserts, that it was weird on my tongue with chicken (lol)
Why You May Want To Think Twice Before Eating Macadamia Nuts
When you're reaching for a mid-day snack that's both tasty and healthy, you can't go wrong with nuts, right? Not so fast. While it's true that most nuts are going to be healthier for you than most chips or other snack food, that doesn't mean you can just go wild in the nut aisle of your local grocery store. Macadamia nuts in particular have a surprisingly high calorie count to balance out their health benefits, and it only gets worse if they've been roasted or otherwise flavored. Here's why you may want to think twice before eating macadamia nuts.

Hawaiian Style Macadamia Crusted Halibut - NoRecipeRequired.com
Halibut is one of my favorite fish to cook. In this recipe, I take a page from my trips to Maui, and use some Macadamia nuts for a crust, and pineapple juice for a simple beurre blanc sauce.
I need to give a tip of the hat to The Four Seasons, who's restaurant inspired my version. Originally made with Mahi Mahi, I find the halibut a bit more easily found, and the clean. light taste goes really well with the crust and sauce.
Best of all, nothing here takes too much time, and with a bit of prep work ahead of time, it's a fish recipe you can make in about 20 minutes. Hope you enjoy it!

Macadamia Chicken Lettuce Wraps - Chinese Tacos.
FYI, I just made this without the marinade and it's still really good. Just salt and pepper the chicken and then fry it in Sesame oil. There was some difference but it was amazingly good.

There are only about 50 calories each and 1 breast makes about 4 wraps. Use romaine lettuce or hearts of romaine for your holders. Try it and let me know what you think.
