How To make Rainbow Raditore with Chicken, Broccoli, Red Peppers
12 ounces Mendicino Rainbow Pasta (corkscrew pasta)
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/4 Cup mayonnaise
1/4 Cup sour cream
1/2 Cup marinated artichokes
1/4 Cup parmesan cheese
1 lemon
juiced
1 clove garlic
1/2 Cup chicken :
cubed
1/2 Cup broccoli florets
1/4 Cup red bell pepper
2 Tablespoons sliced olives
2 Tablespoons fresh basil chopped
salt and pepper :
to taste
Boil pasta until tender (4-6 minutes), rinse immediately with cold water and add 1 T olive oil. In a blender combine mayonnaise, sour cream, artichoke , parmesan, lemon, garlic. Blend until smooth. In large bowl combine pasta and the last 5 ingredients. Toss together with dressing.

|| Easy Pink Sauce Pasta Recipe || Mixed Sauce Pasta || Delicious Cheesy and Tangy Flavour ||
Pink sauce pasta is the combination of white sauce and red sauce pasta. This is a must try recipe for all the pasta lovers. The creamy and tangy flavour in the pasta is so satisfying to your taste buds.
Pasta tossed with a creamy tomato sauce that’s totally amazing and lip-smacking, this Pink Sauce Pasta is silky and indulgent tasting. Be it Spaghetti, Penne or Fusilli, you will love it.
-To boil the Pasta
Pasta - 2 cups
Vegatable oil/olive oil -1 teaspoon
Salt -1 teaspoon
Water
Cold water
-To make red sauce
vegetabel oil /olive oil - 1 teapsoon
Garlic chopped -3,4
Onion medium sized -11/2
Medium sized Tomatos - 4
red chilly powder -1/4 ,1/2 teaspoon
oregano -1/2 teapsoon(optional)
crushed black pepper -1/2 teaspoon
water -1/2 cup
cooked chickenor vegetables (optional)
tomato ketchup - 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
beet root colour /red food colour (Optional)
capsicum chopped (red/yellow/Green)
-To make white sauce
butter - 2tablespoon
All purpose flour/Maida -1tablespoon
Milk -1 cup
cheese cubes -2 or cheese slice
salt to taste
pepper powder- 1 teaspoon
Add more vegetables of your choice like broccoli, mushrooms, carrot, beans or any.
Make sure the colour of flour does not change while roasting and lumps are not formed while pouring milk.
For tomato puree - blanch the tomatoes in hot water, remove the skin and grind.
To make thin sauce, add more milk in white sauce.
For cheesy taste, add 2 cubes cheese.
