Soft Focaccia and pillow-y crumbs with that crispy crust, this Pesto Tomato Garlic Focaccia is super flavorful and so easy to bake. I absolutely love baking soft Focaccia bread and I try various different toppings. This particular one is my current favorite, and we enjoyed it utterly.

Fabulous Foccacia Bread Recipe - with KitchenAid
Very excited to share with you this Foccacia recipe that I got from a pastry chef who generously shared her recipe with me after we kept asking for more of her lovely foccacia bread to wipe up our plates at her restaurant!
I baked this recipe with my new 6Qt (5.7L) KitchenAid stand mixer and the result was tremendous! I feel that it's a really good upgrade from my 5Qt KitchenAid stand mixer that I've been using for 11 years.
If you like foccacia bread, I'm sure you'll love this recipe. The crust is crisp and the inside is soft, pillowy and oh so flavourful!
