How To make Seafood Paella

1/2 Whole Chicke cut in 1/4's
1 fresh Tomato

diced
1 Red Onion :

diced
2 Red Peppers

diced
1 Cup Green Peas :

fresh/frozen
1 Jalapeno Pepper
Fresh shellfish

*See notes 2 Cups White Rice :

cooked
Saffron Olive Oil
Saute onions, red peppers and diced tomatoes in olive oil. Add cooked rice and peas and saute covered for 30 minutes. Add jalapeno pepper. Steam fish items and then toss all together and bake covered in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
