german chocolate cake mix

caramels (small pack)

chocolate chips

nuts, chopped
Directions:
Mix cake mix as directed. Pour half of the batter into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Melt caramels, butter and milk together. Pour over baked mixture. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over caramel mixture. Pour remaining cake batter over top of all and bake 20 minutes at 250 degrees then 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Recipe:
For the Peanut Sponge...
315g soft unsalted butter
315g caster sugar
125g peanut butter
5 large eggs
315g self raising flour
pinch of salt
4 tbsp milk
For the chocolate sponge...
290g plain flour
310g caster sugar
55g cocoa powder
3/4 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 large eggs
200ml cold coffee/water
200g buttermilk
175ml vegetable oil
For the caramel....
200g caster sugar
120ml water
245g double cream
1 tsp vanilla
For the peanut nougat...
60g butter
225g caster sugar
70ml evaporated milk
240g marshmallow fluff
1/2 tsp vanilla
75g peanut butter
150g chopped salted peanuts
For the peanut buttercream
150g soft unsalted butter
80g peanut butter
340g icing sugar, sifted
3-4 tbsp milk
For the ganache...
300g 50% dark chocolate
150g unsalted butter
150g double cream
Extra peanuts for sprinkling!

Neuer großer Snickers-Kuchen, der auf der Zunge zergeht! Einfach und sehr lecker! ????
Zutaten und Zubereitung:
Biskuitkuchen:
3 Eier.
Eine Prise Salz.
80 g Zucker.
30 ml Pflanzenöl.
50 ml Milch.
80g Mehl.
20g Kakaopulver.
Backpulver 1 Teelöffel.
Backform 20 cm.
Im auf 180 °C vorgeheizten Ofen 25–30 Minuten backen.
Karamell:
220 g Zucker.
100g Butter.
160 g Schlagsahne (30-36 %).
150 g geröstete, gesalzene Erdnüsse. (Wenn Sie ungesalzene Erdnüsse verwenden, geben Sie 1/2 Teelöffel Salz zum Karamell hinzu).
Creme:
400 g Frischkäse.
30 g Puderzucker.
1 Teelöffel Vanillezucker oder Vanilleextrakt.
150 ml Schlagsahne (33-36 %).
Für 2-3 Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen (ich lasse es über Nacht).
Glasur:
150 g Milchschokolade.
30 ml Pflanzenöl.
50 g geröstete Erdnüsse (gehackt).
