How To make Sour Cream Black Fudge Loaf Cake
FOR THE CAKE:
1/4 c Chocolate bread crumbs
(mix enough unsweetened -cocoa powder into fine dry -bread crumbs to give the -mixture a medium brown -colour 1 c Plus 3 tbs sifted unbleached
-flour 3 tb Unsweetened cocoa powder
-(Preferably Dutch-process) 1 tb Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
3 1/2 oz Semisweet chocolate
2 oz Unsweetened chocolate
2 tb Dry instant expresso or
-coffee 2 tb Boiling water
4 oz Unsalted butter -- room temp
1 t Vanilla extract
1 c Light brown sugar, firmly
-packed 2 Eggs
1/2 c Sour cream
FOR THE ICING:
6 oz Semisweer chocolate
pn Salt 1/2 c Sour cream
Adjust a rack one-third up from the bottom of the oven and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter an 8-cup0 loaf pan. Dust the pan with chocolate bread
crumbs, tap over paper to remove excess crumbs, and set aside. Place both of the chocolates in the top of a double boiler over warm water on moderate heat until the chocolate is almost melted. Remove from top of the double boiler and stir until melted and snmooth. Set aside. In a small cup, stir in expresso, or coffee granules with the boiling water, and set aside. In a large bowl of an electric mixer, beat the butter until soft. Beat in the vanillaand sugar then the eggs, one at a time. Add the chocolate and beat to mix. On low speed, beat in half of the sifted dry ingredients, then the sour cream and expresso or coffee, and finally the remaining dry ingredients, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary. Beat only until smooth. Turn batter into the prepared pan. Smooth the top. Bake for about 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until a cake tester gently inserted in the middle comes out dry. Remove from the oven and let stand 10 minutes. While standing the cake will settle down slightly, but it will beok. Cover the pan with a rack, turn the pan and rack upside down, remove the pan, and leet cake stand upside down to cool. Make the icing: Place teh chocolate in the top of a small double boiler and stir until melted ans smooth. Stir in the salt and sour cream. Carefully transfer the cooled cake to a serving board or flat tray. To keep the try clean while frosting, slip waxed paper strips under the cake. Spread the icing over the top and sides of the cake. Remove strips of wax paper. If the cake has been frozen or refrigerated, bring to room temperature before serving. INGREDIENTS:
For batter:
Sugar 2 cups
Flour 1 3/4 cups
Cocoa 3/4 cup
Baking Soda 1 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 1 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
2 eggs
Milk 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract 2 tsp
Boiling Water 1 cup
For icing:
Butter 1 cup
Cocoa 1 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar 2 cups
Milk 2/3 cup
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 360F / 180C. Grase and flour two 9-in baking pans. Set aside.
In the large bowl of a standing mixer, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth about 3 minutes.
Stir in boiling water. You can use rubber spatula to stir. Batter will be very runny.
Pour batter evenly between the two pans and bake on middle rack of oven for about 30-35 minutes, until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean with just a few moist crumbs attached.
Let it cool about 10 minutes before removing from pans. Than cool completely.
In the meantime, prepare a chocolate buttercream frosting. Use a standing mixer to beat the butter until fluffy.
Finely add in cocoa, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Cut each cake horizontally.
Smear evenly 2-3 heaped tbsp buttercream frosting over the first layer of cake, cover with second layer and buttercream frosting and continue that process with remaining layers of cake and buttercream frosting. Spread buttercream frosting evenly with a spatula all over the cake.

PRO TIP
You can also line baking pans with parchment paper circles.
It's good idea to substitute water for 1 cup of hot coffee!

2/3 cup unsalted soft butter (150 g)(1 1/4 sticks)

Ingredients:
NOTE: 1 CUP = 240 ML
Cake pan size = 6 inch* 3 inch.
All purpose flour - 1cup (120 grams)
Cocoa powder - ½cup (60 grams)
Sugar - 1cup (200 grams)
Baking powder - 1tsp
Baking soda - ½tsp
Salt - 1/4tsp
Egg - 1
Oil or melted butter - ¼cup (60 ml)
Buttermilk - ½cup (120ml)
Vanilla essence - 1tsp
Warm water - ½cup (120ml)
Method:-
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 180 C. Butter cake rounds.
2.Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until combined.
3.Add eggs, buttermilk, warm water, oil, and vanilla. Mix everything until combined.
4.Fill pan with cake batter.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 F or 180 C , until the cake meets the toothpick test (stick a toothpick in and it comes out clean).
6. Cool for 15 minutes and then turn out the cakes and allow to cool completely.

Easiest CHOCOLATE CAKE Fix! Super Moist And Decadent
Hello darlings! Bake along with me as I make the super moist and decadent CHOCOLATE CAKE. This recipe is so easy that even my 5 year old son can make.
Here's what you'll need:
FOR THE CAKE:
2 cups sugar (400g)
1¾ cups all purpose flour (220g)
1 cup pure cocoa powder (100g) (unsweetened pure cocoa powder)
1½ tsp baking soda (7g)
1½ tsp baking powder (7g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
2 large eggs
½ cup vegetable oil (125ml)
1 cup fresh or longlife milk (250ml)
1 cup hot water (250ml)
CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
1 cup hot all purpose cream (250ml) (you can use heavy cream or whipping cream in same quantity)
1 and ½ cup dark chocolate (250g)

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1.The cake pan will mostly occupied the air fryer basket space, so the air distribution inside it might be uneven, hence the middle of the cake will take longer time to cook than the edges, so add-up baking time if it needs it. May check the cake doneness with toothpick.
