Enjoy a delicious and simple Spanish rice with ground beef recipe prepared with the PowerXL Combo 12-in-1 for dinner tonight. Start off by allowing the unit to preheat before adding your ground beef - cooking until completely browned. Drain the remaining liquid, stir in the vegetables with chili powder, and cook until tender before adding the remaining ingredients. Allow to boil, adjust the temperature/temperature/setting for simmer on 210 degrees for 20 minutes and cover with the glass lid. Cook until the rice is tender, the liquid has been absorbed and, enjoy!

Spanish Rice with Ground Beef Recipe
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (32-oz.) bottle tomato or vegetable juice
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1/ 2 tsp. salt
Directions:
1. Turn dial to Sauté and adjust Temperature to 300°F. Press Timer and adjust to 15 minutes. Press Start. In the Inner Pot, cook and stir ground beef until browned, 5 to 8 minutes; drain. Stir in the onion, green pepper, garlic and chili powder. Cook and stir until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in the tomato juice, rice, and salt; bring to a boil.
2. Turn dial to Simmer and adjust to Temperature to 210°F. Press Timer and adjust to 20 minutes. Cover with the Glass Lid and press Start. Cook until the rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.

Today I’m going to share with you how to make the best and easiest way to make your mexican/Spanish rice without using the blender, as my mom would call it, arroz huevon. Let me tell you, at some point of my life I didn’t have a blender, and that was no excuse to not cook or make rice, specially since rice is one of our favorite side dishes!!!! My mother in law showed me her way using tomato sauce, as this is how she used to make it, of course I added a few spices and bell pepper because I just felt like it needed that extra kick, as you may know now, I LOVE my foods to be extra flavorful???? Authentic Mexican Rice
Tip‼️make sure the liquid includes the tomato sauce otherwise your rice will be mushy!
Ratio for every cup of rice use 2 cups liquid
ingredients:
1 1/2 cup white rice, my favorite brand Mahatma
1 small can of tomato sauce
1/2 small white onion;chopped
1/2 small red bell pepper;chopped
1 minced garlic clove
Water or chicken broth
2 tsp garlic salt preferred Lawreys
1 tsp chicken bouillon or better than bouillon
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin

Ground Beef and Pasta Skillet Dinner
To a skillet add:
1 lb of ground beef
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp of tomato paste
1 chopped onion
1 cup of mozzarella
1/2 cup of pasta water
Excaliburs Five pepper blend
Excaliburs Sweet and Sassy Garlic Pepper
Mix together and let simmer until the onions are cooked all the way through
Top with 1 cup of mozzarella and put the lid on the skillet to melt the cheese
