(1) Make the dough. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl/food processor with dough blade. Whisk the instant yeast with water in a small bowl. Add it to the large bowl. Whisk/process to combine. Gradually add the oil as you whisk/blend. Add in the yoghurt and continue mixing until moist - not too sticky. Add more water/flour if needed. With oily hands, remove into a clean bowl. Cover and rest to rise for an hour.
(2) Make the meat filling. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl/food processor.

Found Cancer in my Chicken Meat ???? #Shorts
Today I was quartering a chicken and found large masses of cancer in the chicken breasts. I have never seen this in chicken meat before. I have heard of cancer in pork meat but never seen it in chicken before. This is an example of why you should quarter your own chickens because you can see everything and discard the meat instead of just cutting around it. The grocery store refunded me and gave me a new chicken that was fine. In all my years first time seeing this. Let me know in comments if you have ever seen this before. #shorts

GHANA CORNED BEEF MEAT PIE recipe| @ChefPhibs
INGREDIENTS
PIE CRUST
1. All purpose flour - 2 cups
2. Salt - 1/2 tablespoon
3. Unsalted Butter - 120g
4. Cold water - 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon
FILLING
1. Corned beef - half a can
2. Cooked diced potato - 1/2 large irish
3. Onion - 1
4. Powdered pepper - preferred heat (in the video I used 3/4tsp)
5. Curry Powder- 1tsp
6. White pepper - 1 tsp
7. Oregano - 1/4 tsp
EGG WASH
Add 1 tablespoon of water to 1 egg. Beat it together and use a brush for application.
METHOD
1. Mix flour, salt and cold unsalted butter in a bowl (reduce or do not add salt if using salted butter).
2. Add cold water and mix into a dough
3. Wrap dough in foil or rubber and refrigerate for about 1 hour (you can use the freezer for lesser time).
4. Whiles waiting for dough, mix corned beef, onions, potato and spices in a bowl and set aside.
5. After an hour, take out the dough, and roll it as shown in the video. Roll it to your preferred thickness. The more crust you want your pie to have, the thicker your dough.(I prefer a thin crust)
6. Cut the dough with a pie cutter or in the video, a sauce pan lid.
7. Fetch an amount of filling onto a half the dough(depends on how full you want your pie).
8. Cover it with the order half and seal it with a fork as shown in the video.
9. Poke holes in the pie to allow the steam produced during baking to escape without cracking your pie.
10. Apply egg wash on the pie and bake at 170degree Celsius (temperature and time varies with every oven) for about 45 min.
