6 ea Sirloin Steaks 4 ts Whole Peppercorns 1/2 c Bottled Steak Sauce 2 tb Dijon-sytle Mustard 1 tb Brown Sugar 1 ts Salt Crush peppercorns coarsely with a rolling pin. Mix Steak sauce, mustard, brown sugar and salt. Marinate overnight or until ready to cook. Grill as usual, using the marinade as a baste. Very good pepper steaks!! -----

INGREDIENTS: (l made some adjustments, KINDLY FOLLOW this list of ing.)
BEEF MARINADE: marinate for at least 30mins 2lbs beef sirloin 2tbsp cooking oil 2tbsp honey 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp soy sauce 1tsp dark soysauce (or ordinary soy sauce if you dont have the dark soy sauce) black pepper 1tsp ginger and 1tsp garlic 1tsp chicken powder (Optional)
VEGGIES: green and red bell pepper onion celery (optional) 1tsp ginger, 1tsp garlic and oil for sauteing
SAUCE/SLURRY (you can adjust this proportion) 1c water 2 1/5 tbsp cornstarch 1tbsp soy sauce 1tbsp dark soy sace black -pepper to taste
NOTE: You can add more water if you want some more sauce to it.

1 lb sirloin tip steak Thinly sliced 2 tbsp light soy sauce 2 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 egg white 1 tbsp mushroom seasoning ( optional) 1/2 tsp white pepper 2 tbsp cornstarch
sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed in 1/3 cup water 2 tbsp brown sugar
Chopped bell peppers as much as you like Chopped onions as much as you like 1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic 1 1/2 tbsp grated ginger 1/2 tsp black pepper
