Slow Cooker Meatloaf!
When it comes to easy, flavorful and delicious this Slow Cooker Meatloaf is it. Set it and forget it for the perfect weeknight meal! I turned my classic meatloaf into a slow cooker version which is so nice for those busy days. No heating the oven, just mix it, place in slow cooker and walk away. Then right before you serve top with a sweet and tangy glaze and set under broiler for just 5 minutes, and voila!
Slow Cooker Meatloaf
Ingredients
2 to 2 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Ketchup glaze
1 cup ketchup
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Shape in the form of a loaf. Place in a slow cooker that is lined with aluminum foil. Cook on high for 4 hours and low for 6. After cooked drain the grease and place on a baking tray. Top with glaze and place under the broiler for 5 minutes until the glaze is hot and bubbling. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
This recipe can also be baked in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Top with glaze and put under broiler just as slow cooker version.

Make your own meatloaf at home with this easy and simple guide that only uses your trusty crockpot! Enjoy a sweet and tender crockpot meatloaf with a tangy glaze sauce!
Ingredients:
Meatloaf:
2 lb ground beef, preferably lean
3 pcs eggs
1 cup red onions, diced
1 cup bell peppers of your choice, diced
⅔ cup quick-cooking oats
⅓ cup ketchup
¼ cup milk
¼ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
Glaze:
1 cup ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp prepared yellow mustard
To serve:
Potatoes and vegetables of your choice
⬇️ How to make Crockpot Meatloaf ⬇️
0:30 In a large mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients for the meatloaf. Mix until evenly incorporated.
1:17 Lay a sheet of foil into your crockpot, place your meatloaf mince on it, then enclose with the excess foil.
1:32 Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
1:37 While waiting, prepare your glaze by mixing all ingredients together.
1:51 Once the meatloaf is cooked, pour the glaze while the meatloaf is still in the crockpot. Spread until it covers the entire meatloaf.
2:06 Cover and cook on low for another 30 minutes.
2:09 Once cooked, carefully remove it from the crockpot. You may need to drain it.
2:14 Portion accordingly. Serve with roughly ¼ cup of potatoes and vegetables of your choice.

- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Slices of Bread
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 to 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Badia Complete Seasoning
GLAZE:
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
MASHED POTATOES:
- 3 Large Russet Potatoes

Slow Cooker Meatloaf and Baked Potatoes
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs. 7% fat ground beef
3 large eggs
1 small white onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
⅓ cup ketchup
¼ cup milk
¼ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. salt
¼ pepper
25 saltine crackers, crushed
5 Russet potatoes
SLOW COOKER SIZE:
6-quart or larger
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large bowl add the meat, eggs, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix together with a spoon or clean hands. If meatloaf seems to wet to form into a loaf add more cracker crumbs or if too dry add a touch more milk or ketchup.
Form the meatloaf into a loaf in the slow cooker. Wash and dry the potatoes and wrap each of them in foil. Place the potatoes around the meatloaf.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time.
Serve and enjoy!
