Just sharing my recipe for Beef Stroganoff. I hope you try this one it is amazing.
1 lb Pasta
1 1/2 lbs. beef
8 oz. mushrooms
1/2 bundle parsley
5oz. burgundy wine
8 oz. sour cream
These are to taste
Garlic
thyme
salt and pepper
