How To make Suprise Choc Cupcakes
1 1/2 C All-Purpose Flour
1 C Sugar
1/4 C Cocoa
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Whole Eggs
lightly beaten
3/4 C Water
1/3 C Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tsp Vanilla
************Filling************ 8 Oz Cream Cheese :
softened
1/3 C Sugar
1 Whole Egg -- lightly beaten
1/8 Tsp Salt
1 C Simi-Sweet Choc Chips
1 C Pecans
Combine dry ingredients, Add eggs, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Mix well Pour into 18 greased or paper lined muffin cups. For filling; Beat beat cream cheese and sugar. Add egg and salt, mix well. Fold in choc chips. Drop by tbs into center of each cupcake. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 350 for 25-30 min.

Chocolate Cupcake Surprise
Makes: 20 cupcakes
Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 15-17 minutes
Ingredients:
Batter:
1 1/3 cups Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 cups Sugar
3 tbsp Butter, softened
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
20 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, miniature
Frosting:
3 cups Powdered Sugar
3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Butter, softened
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4-6 tbsp Milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder; set aside. In another large bowl start by mixing together the sugar and butter, then add in the eggs (one at a time) and mix until a pale yellow. The slowly alternate adding the dry ingredients then the milk into the egg and sugar mixture until all the dried ingredients have been incorporated along with the milk.
Line the cupcake tins with cupcake liners and fill 1/4 of the way up with the chocolate batter, place 1 Reese's Peanut Butter Cup over top. Finish filling the liner 3/4 to the top with the batter. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up. Place in the oven and bake for 15-17 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Take cupcakes out of the oven and cool on countertop before frosting.
Right before ready to frost combine the powdered sugar, cocoa powder and butter into a large bowl. Slowly add in the milk (1 tbsp at a time) until it has a smooth consistency. (Be sure it is not runny and if so add in some more powdered sugar.) Frost the cupcakes and enjoy the nice surprise inside.
Glow in the Dark Cupcakes
1 cup Tonic Water
2 tbsp Green Jello
In a bowl combine the tonic water and green jello, allow to sit for 5 minutes. Dip cupcakes into mixture upside down and then bring out of mixture. Be sure to use cupcakes that have been frosted with white frosting. Enjoy the glow in the dark affect with a backlight!
(*Green Jello is a MUST!)

1 1/2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 pound powdered sugar
2 + 3tbs sticks salted butter (softened)
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup cocoa
3-4 tbs cream
1 tbs vanilla extract
FOR THE GLAZE
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 -3/4 cup heavy cream

Episode 17 - 2 minute chocolate-coffee cupcake - A Surprise Birthday Episode!
Ingredients :
Dry ingredients :
All purpose flour : 6 Tbsp
Cocoa Powder : 2 Tbsp
Castor Sugar : 3 Tbsp
Coffee powder : 1/2 tsp
Baking powder : 1/2 tsp
Baking soda : a pinch
Salt : a pinch
Walnuts : 2 Tbsp (chopped)
Wet ingredients :
Milk : 4 Tbsp
Fresh cream : 2 Tbsp
Curd : 2 Tbsp
Oil : 2 Tbsp
Method :
In a suitable sized cup/ coffee mug, take all the dry ingredients and mix well with a fork. Now add all the wet ingredients and mix well.
Microwave on full power for 2 minutes. Leave it inside for at least 5 more minutes to rest. Take out and serve hot either plain or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
