Mix with the meat (wear latex gloves to do this, it stains) and marinate for 1 hour. One of my favourite sauces EVER! It's creamy and super flavourful and best of all, easy to make with minimal ingredients that you probably already have at home.

CREAMY PEANUT GINGER SAUCE RECIPE:
4 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds 4 Tbsp peanut butter 2 Tbsp Tamari 4 Tsp (1.3 tbsp) Rice Wine Vinegar 2 Tsp Maple Syrup (or 1 date) 2 Cloves of Garlic Equal amount of ginger 1/3 Cup water (+ an additional tbsp or 2 for desired consistency)
Blend all the ingredients together and add to your favourite stir-fry, noodles or salad. Reduce the amount of liquid to enjoy as a dip that is great with veggies.
