Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Candi original caramelized biscuits 2 & ½ Family packs
Prepare Coffee Syrup:
-Doodh (Milk) hot 1 Cup
-Condensed milk 2-3 tbs
-Instant coffee 1 tbs
Prepare Candi Coffee Custard:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Dairy cream ½ Cup
-Instant coffee 1 & ½ tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Custard powder vanilla flavor 4 tbs
Assembling:
-Chocolate syrup
-Akhrot (Walnuts) roughly chopped
-Whipped cream
-Candi original caramelized biscuits crushed
-Chocolate syrup
-Whipped cream
-Candi original caramelized biscuits
Directions:
-In a processor,add candi biscuits & crush biscuits in processor & set aside.
Prepare Coffee Syrup:
-In a jug,add milk,condensed milk,instant coffee,whisk well & transfer to a squeeze bottle & set aside.
Prepare Candi Coffee Custard:
-In a wok,add milk,sugar,cream & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Add 3-4 tbs of crushed candi biscuits (reserve remaining for later use),instant coffee,whisk well & bring it to boil.
-In a small bowl, add milk, cornflour & whisk well.
-Now add dissolved custard in boiled milk, whisk well & cook until custard thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Let it cool completely while whisking.
Assembling:
-In serving dish,add & spread reserved crushed candi biscuits & spread evenly.
-Pour prepared coffee syrup & let it rest for 5 minutes.
-Drizzle chocolate syrup,walnuts,prepared candi & coffee custard & chocolate syrup.
-Add & spread whipping cream & spread evenly.
-Refrigerate until chilled.
-Sprinkle crushed candi biscuit and drizzle chocolate syrup.
-Decorate with whipped cream & candi biscuits & serve!

Prepare Candi Coffee Custard:
-Karahi mein doodh,cheeni aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-3-4 tbs crushed candi biscuits (reserve remaining for later use) aur instant coffee dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur ubal anay dein.
-Chotay bowl mein doodh aur cornflour dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab dissolved cornflour ko boiled doodh mein dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur custard garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Whisk kertay hoye thanda ker lein.
Assembling:
-Serving dish mein reserved crushed candi biscuits dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Tayyar coffee syrup dal dein aur 5 minutes kliya rest dein.
-Chocolate syrup,akhrot aur tayyar candi & coffee custard aur chocolate syrup dal dein.
-Whipped cream dal ker evenly spread ker lein.
-Thanda ho janay tak refrigerator mein rakh dein.
-Crushed candi biscuit sprinkle karein aur chocolate syrup ko drizzle ker lein.
-Whipped cream & candi biscuits sa decorate ker ka serve karein.

Orange Trifle
Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
-Custard powder 3 tbs heaped (vanilla flavor)
-Doodh (Milk) 2-3 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 2 & ½ Cups
-Pound Cake/Plain cake 1
-Orange juice as required
-Cream 200 ml
-Pissi hoye cheeni (Powdered sugar) 2 tbs
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup
-Orange slices
Directions:
-In bowl,add eggs,vanilla essence and beat well.
-In custard powder,add milk,whisk well add it in bowl.
-Add milk,beat until well combined & set aside.
-Cut pound/plain cake into small cubes & set aside.
-In serving dish,add cake cubes and press gently then pour orange juice (soak in orange juice) & set aside.
-In bowl,add cream and beat until fluffy.
-Add powdered sugar,beat again and refrigerate until use.
-In wok,add water and sugar,mix well and cook on medium low flame until caramelized and mix continuously.
-Now add egg mixture,mix continuously and cook on low flame until thickens (approx.12-15 minutes).
-Immediately pour in a serving dish and let it cool down.
-In serving dish,add whipped cream and decorate with orange slices.
-Refrigerate until chilled & serve!

-Bowl mein cream dal dein aur fluffy hunay tak beat ker lein.
-Powdered cheeni dal ker dubara beat karein aur istamal hunay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Karhai mein pani aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per caramelized hunay tak paka lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Ab anday ka mixture dal ker mix kertay rahein aur halki ancch per garha hunay tak paka lein (approx.12-15 minutes).
-Foran he serving dish mein dal dein aur thanda hunay dein.
-Serving dish mein whipped cream dal dein aur orange slices sa decorate ker lein.
-Thanda ker ka serve karein!

Sugar 1/2cup 90gms
Custard 1/2cup 50gms
Cream 100ml
Fruit Cocktail 1 small tin
Cake sponge 1
Milk 1/4cup for soaking cakes
Jelly 2 clrs

Creamy Trifle
Ingredients for Vanilla Custard:
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Full Cream Milk 1 liter
Vanilla custard mixture (custard powder 1/4 cup + milk 1/2 cup)
Sugar 1 cup
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1 pack
Ingredients for Chocolate Ganache:
Milk chocolate 1 cup
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream half pack
Ingredients for Assembling:
Pound cake as required
Strawberry jelly as required
Banana jelly as required
Apple cubes as required
Banana slices as required
Strawberry slices as required
Fruit cocktail as required
Chocolate ganache as required
Vanilla custard as required
Red cherry as required
Directions for Vanilla Custard Preparation:
1. In a pot heat NESTLÉ MILKPAK Full Cream Milk and bring it to a boil.
2. Add vanilla custard mixture and stir continuously. Cook until it starts to thicken.
3. Now add sugar and cook until sugar melts.
4. Lastly add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream and cook for 1-2 mins. turn off flame and let it cool at room temperature.
Directions for Chocolate Ganache Preparation:
5. On a double boiled add chocolate and when it melts, add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Cream. Mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
6. In a serving dish add a layer of pound cake, strawberry jelly, banana jelly, apple cubes, banana slices, strawberry slices, prepared custard, fruit cocktail.
7. Top it with chocolate ganache, red cherry, jellies, and crushed pound cake and refrigerate for 1 hour. Your Creamy Trifle is ready.
Preparation time: 20 mins
Cooking time: 30 mins
Serving: 5-6
