Walnut cookies !
Ingredients :
120 g butter
55 g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 egg
250 g flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Method:
Whisk together soft butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Then add egg and mix again. Then sifted flour, baking powder and salt. Mix the dough. It should not stick to your hands. Cover the finished dough with film and place in a refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then we divide the dough into pieces of 10 g. We distribute each piece evenly onto a walnut shell and make patterns. The shell can be pre-lubricated with oil. Bake at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes. Fill the finished half with boiled condensed milk and walnuts. We combine both halves into a whole nut. The cookies are ready! You can make tea ????!
