How To make Weight Watchers Spicy Turkey Chili
7 ounces turkey
ground
1/2 cup onion :
chopped
1 cup italian tomatoes; canned drained and chopped
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon red pepper :
crushed
1. Spray 3-quart saucepan with nonstick spray and heat over medium-high heat; add turkey and onion and, using back of a wooden spoon to crumble meat, cook, s tirring occasionally, until turkey is browned, about 5 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine. Reduce heat to low and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until chili is thick, about 25 to 30 minutes . Remove bay leaf before serving. May be frozen for future use--just thaw and r eheat.
Makes TWO servings, each of which provides: 2 1/2 Protein and 2 1/2 Vegetables .

I am so excited to finally share my turkey chili with you. This recipe is something I make at least once a month, and it lasts for several meals as well as allows me to freeze some for later because there are only two of us at home.
This recipe is one that my dad took from my grandma and made a few changes, then my sister took from him and made a few more. I then took my sister's version and made it more Weight Watchers friendly, and this recipe was born. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

preheat oven to 350
cook a lb of ground turkey
spray a casserole dish and add bisquits cut up all over
add chili mix, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, chili flakes and a dash of tapatio to the ground turkey and mix.
add the mixture on top of the bisquits
bake for 30 min
add ff shredded cheese
cook until cheese melts (about 6 min)

2 Tbs additional garlic powder
1 alarm chili kit
64 oz v8 juice
1 large can diced tomatoes

WEIGHT WATCHERS CHILI
16 ounces ground sirloin
15 oz can black beans
15 oz can white beans
Fat free refried beans
4 oz can green chilies
15 oz can diced tomatoes
16 oz can tomato sauce
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg Hidden Valley envelope ( not buttermilk)
Small onion
1 cup water
Brown meat and onions. After brown add cup water and taco seasoning. Drain excess grease and put in crockpot. Add hidden valley ranch and all cans of ingredients. Stir together.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours
Makes 16 one cup servings for one point each
