How To make Weight Watchers Turkey Chili
9 ounces kidney beans
32 ounces tomato sauce
15 ounces turkey; ground
raw
1 medium onion :
diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon caraway seed
1 tablespoon chili powder (maybe 2 t)
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano :
ground
1 teaspoon celery seed
Wash beans. Cover with water and soak in the refrigerator overnight or a minim um of four hours at room temperature. Put water, beans, and salt in a soup pot and cook until beans are soft, approximately one hour. Add water when necessary to keep beans covered. Do not drain. Brown ground turkey and onion. Combine t urkey mixture, beans, tomato sauce and spices in soup pot. Simmer over low heat for one or two hours. Add water to achieve desired consistency.
Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups per serving.
EACH SERVING PROVIDES: 1 1/4 VEGETABLES, 3 PROTEINS AND 10 OPTIONALS.

MY WW MEAL PREP | TURKEY CHILI AND CORN MUFFINS | TACO BOWLS | MINI PUMPKIN PIES!!
Hey everyone - thanks for watching my meal prep video. I've been prepping like this for about a year now and thought I would start sharing on you tube. Turkey Chili Recipe - 2 pts per serving for the WW Blue Plan
Makes 6 servings
1 lb of 99% lean ground turkey
1 28oz can of crushed tomatoes
1 can chili hot beans
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can original rotel
1 can fire roasted rotel
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
Salt & Pepper
Brown the ground turkey, then add all ingredients into crock pot and cook on high for about 4 hours.
Corn Muffins - 3 Points each on the WW Blue Plan
1.5 cups of self rising corn meal
21 ozs of cream style corn
3 egg whites
Mix well and divide into muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Turkey Taco Bowl - 2 points on the WW Blue Plan
1 lb 99% lean ground turkey
1/2 pack hot & spicy taco seasoning
1/2 pack original taco seasoning
1/2 packet of Frontera Taco Skillet Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Brown turkey in skillet, add in remaining ingredients and simmer until done.
Also, need whole kernal corn drained and rinsed and black beans drained and rinsed and just add to bowls. I just warm mine in the microwave and serve over a bed of lettuce and add salsa, guacamole, and some non fat greek yogurt as toppings and this is delicious! I also like to eat this with Baked Tostitos.

After trying many recipes this is the best zero point chili I’ve found

Today I’m showing you my zero point — YES ZERO POINT— chilli recipe. It’s really really easy and always turns out great.
Don’t forget to give this video a thumbs up if you are glad it’s soup season ????
You will need:
•extra lean ground turkey
•chopped yellow onion and green pepper
•garlic
•zero point beans of your choice
•diced tomatos
•tomato paste
•beef broth
•chilli powder, cumin, oregano, salt
-brown the meat and add in garlic, onion, green pepper, and tomato paste
-throw everything into the crockpot.
I like to do 8 hours on low but you can also do 4 hours on high ???? enjoy ????
All of these ingredients are zero points on WW blue and purple, but some may not be on green so always double check.
You can also choose to count it as 1-2 points per cup to be safe, but I live on the wild side ????

This is how I make a giant batch of homemade chili! It is super quick and easy!! Also, makes the BEST leftovers!
This batch made 8 servings, each only 1 SP!!
INGREDIENTS:
-99% ff ground turkey
-diced onion
-diced bell pepper
-diced jalapeno
-fired roasted tomatoes
-tomato sauce
-diced tomatoes
-pinto beans
-black beans
-kidney beans
-chili seasoning packet x2
-chicken stock
-additional spices: salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic salt, cumin
