Mississippi Mud Pie Ingredients
For the base
300g bourbon biscuits, crushed
75g butter, melted
For the filling
85g dark chocolate, minimum 70% cocoa
85g butter
2 eggs
85g muscovado sugar
100ml double cream
For the fudge sauce
150g dark chocolate, minimum 70 % cocoa

Pumpkin Roll Recipe:
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. granulated sugar
3 large eggs
2/3 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese , softened
2 Tbsp. butter , softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. powdered sugar , plus more for dusting
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. In a separate bowl mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla and pumpkin until smooth. Add dry ingredients to the bowl and stir just until combined and no dry streaks remain. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 14-15 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Immediately lift the payment paper and hot cake out of the pan and onto a flat surface. While the cake is hot, starting at one of the short ends, use your hands to gently and slowly roll the cake (and parchment paper!) all the way up. Allow it to cool completely. While the cake roll is cooling, mix the cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar together with an electric mixer until it is fluffy and smooth. Once the cake roll is cooled completely, unroll it very carefully. Gently smooth the filling in an even layer over the cake. Roll up the cake without the parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, before serving. Dust the top with powdered sugar, if desired. You could use a duster, spoon, or even your fingers to lightly sprinkle it on top of the roll. Cut into slices and serve.Store in the fridge, covered, for up to three days.
Mississippi Mud Cake Recipe:
1 c. butter
1⁄2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 1⁄2 c. all-purpose flour
1 dash salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 small jar Marshmallow cream
CHOCOLATE FROSTING
1 - 16 oz. package powdered sugar, sifted
1⁄2 c. milk
1⁄3 c. cocoa
1⁄4 c. softened butter
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Add the cocoa and stir. Remove from the heat. Pour butter mixture into a mixing bowl and add sugar and eggs. Mix until blended. Add the vanilla. Mix in the flour and salt. Stir in the pecans. Put batter into prepared pan and cook for 35 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and sprinkle with marshmallows. Cool in the pan on a wire rack. For the frosting: Combine all of the ingredients and mix until smooth. Spread frosting on cooled cake. If your frosting is too thick, add more milk.

Omg, this was just amazing. Located on the west side of Time Square in New York City. You know what it was like? That episode of Family guy where Peter gets seduced by the pie. Lmao that's the exact description of this. I had it to Dine In, so they brought it to me at the table. It's Heated up so it's warm and delicious. Each Bite melted away in my mouth. The top layer being soft and the crust at the buttom is just nice and Awesome. That texture change going from soft to crispy is a good combo. They have some very amazing selection of other pies to try also. Most of the 5 Inch ones are $12 and they also have 10 inch for about $35
