This blondies recipe are made from flour, sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla, white chocolate chips, and may also contain walnuts or pecans.

Ingredients for making white chocolate brownies, blondies:
Blondies Batter:
1 cup butter
300g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
280g flour divided in 2
1/2 cup walnuts roasted and chopped
180g white chocolate chips
Blondies Icing:
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp butter
Instructions for making blondies, white chocolate brownies :
- First in a pot on the stove add your butter
- Melt the butter in the pot
- Then add in your sugar
- Now season lightly with your salt
- And add in your vanilla
- Now mix everything together with a whisk
- Take the pot off the stovetop
- And add your beaten eggs to the pot
- Mix everything together with a whisk
- Add the contents of the pot to a bowl
- And add in your baking powder
- Followed by your baking soda
- Now add in the first half of your flour
- Mix everything together with a whisk
- And add in your chopped roasted walnuts
- Then add in your white chocolate chips
- And mix everything together with a spatula
- Now add the contents of the bowl to your baking dish
- Bake in the oven at 400F for 15-18 minutes
- Now for the icing, set up a double boiler on your stovetop
- Then add in your white chocolate chips
- And then add in your heavy cream
- Melt and mix everything together
- Then add in your butter and melt it in
- Now trim the edges off of your blondies
- And add your icing to the top of them
- Your blondies are now ready to eat

As the name suggests, blondies are a white chocolate version of brownies. I find
them a bit more subtle in flavor and they make a great end to a meal, especially
with a few chewy cranberries thrown in for texture.
230g butter, plus extra for greasing
340g dark brown sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs, lightly beaten
280g plain flour
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp baking powder
240g white chocolate, chopped into small chunks
4 tbsp dried cranberries
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas 4. Lightly butter a 23cm square cake tin and line with
greaseproof paper.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and whisk in the sugar and salt. (A good whisk now will
make the mixture slightly lighter and fluffier.) Add the vanilla extract and whisk again.
Remove from the heat.
3. Add the eggs to the butter mixture and stir well. Sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda and
baking powder into a large bowl, then whisk in the egg and butter mixture a little at a
time. (It’s important to do this in stages so that you don’t get any lumps.)
4. Leave the mixture to cool slightly, then fold in the chocolate chunks and the
cranberries. (If the mixture is too hot, the chocolate will melt.)
5. Spoon into the prepared cake tin and spread out evenly. Bake for 35–40 minutes until
the outer edges are firm and the middle still a little soft.
6. Leave to cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes, then cut into squares before
serving. Once cooled, the blondies will keep in an airtight container for up to a week.
HOW TO BAKE WITHOUT STICKING
Lining the tin with greaseproof paper acts as an insurance policy to stop the
blondies from sticking and means you can have a higher ratio of chocolate in the
mix. Remember to smooth out the top of the blondies when you fill the tin so that
they cook evenly.

Ingredients:
Melted white Butter 35 g
White chocolate 200 g
Egg 1 ½ n
Castle sugar 45 g
Lemon rind ¼ ts
Vanilla essence ½ ts
Lemon juice 1 ts
Raisins 40 g
Almond 30 g
All purpose flour 200 g
Directions:
Take a bowl add white chocolate, melted white butter, mix it well.
Take another bowl add egg, castle sugar, lemon rind, raisins, almond, mix this and pour the chocolate mixture and mix it, add all purpose flour, mix this and pour into the paper lined baking tray and bake them at 180 c for 25 to 35 minutes, then cut them into pieces.
