Homemade sausages | No Cling Film or Plastic Wrap required! | Simple | GF | Vegan
Makes 12 medium sized sausages
Ingredients:
- 200g cooked chickpeas
- 60g rolled oats GF If required
- 4 tbsps cornflour
- 40g soya chunks/TVP
- 2 tbsps tomato sauce
- 3 tbsps nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce/tamari (GF)
- 2 tsps salt
- 2 tsps garlic granules
- 2 tsps oregano
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Note…
If you need them to be GF, make sure you check that the ingredients you use are definitely GF. Soy sauce is generally NOT GF, but Tamari is normally GF. The garlic granules we use are GF, but just check the ones you use.

This homemade chicken sausage is very very delicious and one of the healthiest you can get. It’s very easy to make and no fat. So it’s very good for those who is on diet and very good for your little one too.
In this video you will see how to make homemade sausage with filling and without(for kids if they don’t like mushrooms).
I have made 2 options of sausage since my little princess doesn’t like sausage filled. So everything you need are:
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 3 tbsp thick cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to your taste
- Black pepper and paprika to your taste
- Pinch of cinnamon
Ingredients for filling:
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 big onion
- Olive oil
- 50 g butter
- Salt, paprika and black pepper to taste
- Handful chopped parsley at the end
- 100 g Mozzarella cheese
- cling film for wrapping

Pasta alla Norcina might be the best pasta that most people in America haven't heard of. It consists of pan-seared crumbled sausage in a creamy white wine sauce with a touch of nutmeg. Traditionally this dish uses a mild sausage and is finished with black truffles. To keep it economical I instead used a bit of baby Bellas diced up. I hope you enjoy this pasta alla Norcina recipe!

Stuffed Potato Cheburki with Sausages
Serves 2
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Mon salwa Supremo chicken cheese sausages 6
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Mushrooms sliced ½ Cup
-Red bell pepper chopped ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
-Black olives sliced ¼ Cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried parsley ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Aalo (Potatoes) peeled 500g
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Mayonnaise 2 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Dried parsley ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Tomato ketchup as required
-Cheddar cheese grated as required
-Mozzarella cheese grated as required
Directions:
-Cut chicken cheese sausages in small chunks & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.
-Add chicken cheese sausages & mix well.
-Add mushrooms,mix well & saute for 1-2 minutes.
-Add red bell pepper,capsicum,onion,black olives & mix well.
-Add black pepper crushed,salt,dried parsley,dried oregano,fresh coriander,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Let it cool.
-Grate potatoes in a bowl with the help of grater & squeeze out excess water.
-In a bowl,add grated potatoes,eggs,mayonnaise,black pepper crushed,salt,all-purpose flour,garlic powder,dried parsley,dried oregano,mix well & set aside.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,add & spread prepared stuffing,cover & cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
-Now flip the potato omelet then add & spread tomato ketchup.
-On half side of omelet,add cheddar cheese,prepared sausages filling and mozzarella cheese.
-Flip the plain side over the stuffing and gently press,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts (2 minutes) (makes 2-3).
-Cut into desired slices & serve!

-Karahi mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken cheese sausages dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Mushrooms dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya saute ker lein.
-Red bell pepper,shimla mirch,pyaz aur black olives dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Kali mirch crushed,namak,dried parsley,dried oregano aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Aalo ko grater ki madad sa bowl mein grate ker lein aur ache tarhan squeeze ker ka pani nikal lein.
-Bowl mein grated aloo,mayonnaise,kali mirch crushed,namak,maida,lehsan powder,dried parsley aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein,tayyar aalo mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Aalo omelet ko flip ker lein aur tomato ketchup dal ker pheela lein.
-Omelet ki half side per cheddar cheese,tayyar stuffing aur mozzarella cheese dal dein.
-Plain side ko stuffing ka upper flip ker ka gently press lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein (2 minutes) (makes 2-3).
-Desired slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
