3/4 cup Wish-Bone Italian dressing
2 pounds to 2 1/2 pound t-boneless sirloin or top -- loin
steak
In shallow dish, pour 1/2 cup dressing over steak. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally; 30 to 24 hours. Remove steak from marinade. Grill or broil, turning and brushing frequently with remaining dressing until done.

5 MINUTE RECIPE!! Add TASTY flavor to steaks with this easy flank steak MARINADE recipe. PRINT IT: -- Use this for marinating Flank or Skirt steak for 2-24 hours. Then cast iron sear, BBQ grill or oven broil the beef to finish cooking them.

INGREDIENTS
1.5 lb flank steak (substitute skirt steak)
extra virgin olive oil (substitute vegetable oil)
soy sauce
Champagne vinegar (substitute white or red wine vinegar)
lime, juiced
honey
dijon mustard
garlic, minced
black pepper, ground
ginger, minced (optional)
red pepper flakes (optional)
cilantro, fresh chopped (optional)
HOW TO MAKE THIS STEAK MARINADE
- Whisk together steak marinade ingredients.
- Reserve ¼ cup of steak marinade for serving later.
- Add cilantro and flank steak to marinade.
- Marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
- Sear / grill / broil marinated steak to to desired temperature.
- Rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve with reserved steak marinade.
