How To make Rice Krispie Balls

Melt peanut butter and butter together. Stir in Rice Krispies and nuts. Mix th oroughly. Shape into small balls, then roll in powdered sugar. No baking.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 cups rice cereal
- 1 lb bittersweet chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter and melted butter. Stir until combined and smooth. Stir in the vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix until incorporated. Add in the rice cereal and combine until evenly mixed.
Using a 1 tbsp-size cookie scoop, make the balls. Roll in hands to create smooth, even balls and set on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Once all balls are made, set in the refrigerator to chill for 20 minutes.
While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate with 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a bain-marie.
Once the chocolate and coconut oil are melted, remove the peanut butter balls from the refrigerator. One at a time, roll the balls in the melted chocolate, allowing the excess chocolate to drip off. Set the dipped balls back on the parchment paper and sprinkle with flaky salt. Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy.

NO-BAKE CRISPY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
Servings: 40-50
INGREDIENTS
½ cup salted butter, softened
2 cups creamy peanut butter
3 cups powdered sugar
3 cups crispy rice cereal
2 cups chocolate chunks (preferably dark), for coating
PREPARATION
In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the butter and peanut butter. Microwave for 1 minute.
Using a fork, stir together the melted butter and peanut butter until smooth. Microwave additional 20 seconds, as needed.
Add the powdered sugar and rice cereal to the bowl. Gently mix together until fully incorporated.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into approximately 40 1-inch balls. Place them on a wax paper-lined baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chunks. Microwave for 60-75 seconds, stopping to check and stir every 30 seconds.
Drop the frozen balls in the melted chocolate one at a time, use a fork to roll around to ensure an even coating. Place back on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
Garnish with additional rice cereal while the chocolate is still warm. Chill until the chocolate has set.

Easy and Delicious Rice Krispy and Date Ball Recipe
Recipe:
1. Turn stove onto medium to high heat, add 2 cups of chopped pitted dates, 1/2 cup of coconut oil and 1/4 cup of brown sugar (keep heat on until coconut oil is melted and the ingredients are combined)
2. Turn stove off. Add 1 tsp of lemon juice and 1/2 a cup of rice krispy's and 1/4 cup of desiccated coconut. Stir until combined.
3. Fill a bowl with desiccated coconut and then use your hand to roll the ingredients into balls, roll these balls in the desiccated coconut
4. Enjoy!

Rice Krispie Peanut butter Balls
Ingredients:
1 C light syrup
1 C powder sugar
1 C Peanut butter smooth or chrunchy
1 tsp vanilla extract.
4 C rise krispie cereal.
Instructions:
1) Heat the corn syrup and sugar on a medium/high heat stir constantly while bringing it to a boil
2) Remove from heat add peanut butter, vanilla and stir until smooth
3) Mix in the cereal stir until well combine
4) Roll into a ball by using your hand or a silicone or wax paper.
