Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago.
Learning by listening is a great way to:
- increases imagination and understanding
- improves your listening skills
- improves your own spoken accent
- learn while on the move
- reduce eye strain
Now learn the vast amount of general knowledge available on Wikipedia through audio (audio article). You could even learn subconsciously by playing the audio while you are sleeping! If you are planning to listen a lot, you could try using a bone conduction headphone, or a standard speaker instead of an earphone.

TONiGHT | Full Movie | Quirky Indie Cult Comedy
On the night of their senior prom, three friends skip the dance and instead head to a concert three towns away. But after being immediately ejected, they befriend an eccentric couple that turn their boring night into one they will never forget.
TONiGHT is a quirky indie cult comedy shot entirely in Florida on a micro budget. Starring Anthony Carboni (“The Star Wars Show” on Youtube, Bytejacker, @acarboni), Tiffany Rubano, Sarah Hoyt and Ryan Hanophy (@ryanhanophy4226). Written and Directed by Joey Severini.
*Director's Note: This film was shot over one week in 2004 for $5,000 but after the original cut was destroyed the footage was shelved. Now, after almost 20 years, the film has been lovingly restored and rebuilt into this wild little 80's/90's throwback comedy.

Cooking With First Ladies: Jacqueline Kennedy
During the live virtual program, Sarah will discuss First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy and 1960s counterculture. Jacqueline Kennedy was a captivating, stylish, and beautiful First Lady, who showed resilience, but also poise during a decade when the nation needed it most. Join Sarah as she feature one of Jackie O’s favorite recipes: Green Risotto, a classic Boston Cream Pie, and two cocktails, The “Clint” and a Femme Fatale! Also, learn a few other Jackie recipes, including how she liked her baked potatoes and how to make a crudité plate! Registered participants will receive copies of the recipes prior to the virtual program.
Sarah Morgan has a bachelor’s degree in history as well as a passion for the first ladies. After finding a copy of The First Ladies Cook Book: Favorite Recipes of all the Presidents of the United States at a thrift store back in 2019, she began a project on Instagram, Cooking with the First Ladies, with the goal to cook her way through all of the administrations. Now, she also creates content for the National First Ladies' Library, filming videos to share First Ladies favorite foods and facts, tutorials, and recipes.
