BISKUITROLLE MIT ERDBEEREN CREME Rezept --- STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE ROLL Recipe
Dieser Klassiker kann nicht nur mit Erdbeeren zubereitet werden und schmeckt immer.
---------
So let's take the chance and let us prepare this classic cake. You can also take other fruits.
(0:08) Schokoladen-Biskuit --- Chocolate biscuit
----------------------------------------------------------------
(0:10) 5 Eier (getrennt) --- 5 eggs (separated)
(0:21) 80 g Zucker --- 80 g sugar --- (60g + 20g)
(1:42) 70 g Mehl --- 70 g flour
(1:49) 15 g Kakaopulver --- 15 g cocao pulver
(3:37) Erdbeerfüllung --- Strawberry stuffing
---------------------------------------------------------
(3:43) 500 g Erdbeeren --- 500 g Strawberries --- (300g + 200g)
(4:10) 1 EL Zitronensaft --- 1 tbsp lemon juice
(4:20) 80 g Zucker --- 80 g sugar

(5:03) 300 g Sahne --- 300 g cream
(5:15) 1 Pckg. Vanillezucker --- 1 pack vanilla sugar

(5:45) Füllen, rollen, dekorieren -- stuff, roll and decorate --- 3 min.
(7:05) Kuchen kühlen --- cool cake --- 180 min.
Extra-Tipps
-----------
Extra tips
-----------
Tastes good too with other cremes, e.g. lemon creme or simple creme
Rather shorter baking times than longer - risk of breakage!
Instead of a wet dishtowel you can also use baking paper with sprinkled sugar
Unsweetened cocao powder is the better choice for baking/cakes
Of course the strawberry pieces can also be rolled into
Do not put to much creme on the pastry, otherwise the cream oozes out to the side.
Guten Appetit! Enjoy your meal!

Butter Fingers | Biscuit Recipe | Baking With Hayley
I decided to make a biscuit recipe this week as it's been a while! These are really simple to make, and if you would like to make them vegan/dairy free please replace the butter with a dairy free alternative.
For this recipe you will need:
220g plain flour
a pinch of fine salt
70g cornflour
1stp vanilla extract
250g softened unsalted butter
60g icing sugar
100g dark chocolate
Let me know if you give these a go, and share/like/tag anyone who you think would also like to get involved! This lockdown is getting to us all now, so it's nice to have a break and do something creative with delicious rewards at the end.
Stay safe and SANE. Lots of love xx

Oreo Cookie Balls - What's For Din'? - Courtney Budzyn - Recipe 78
Oreo Cookie Balls Recipe
If you are looking for an incredibly easy yet appealing to look at dessert, look no more! These Oreo Balls take 3 ingredients and they look and taste fantastic. I am not one to use store bought cookies. If you know me by now you know well that I do everything homemade if possible. However, I have an insane weak spot for Oreo cookies. I could polish off a whole pack in one day…by myself. (It has been done before.) Every once in a while it is okay to splurge, and today was that kind of day!
Thank you so much for 1000 subscribers! It really means a lot to me.
