Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
1 heaped cup (100 g) oat flour, gluten-free if needed
1 cup (140 g) gluten-free flour blend or regular flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
3/4 cup (180 ml) plant-based milk of choice
1/3 cup (105 g) maple syrup
2 1/2 tbsp (30 g) oil
1 tbsp lemon juice or lime juice
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups (150 g) blueberries fresh or frozen

Hey guys try out this delicious and easy recipe of muffins. it's eggless recipe and made with almond and wheat flour. it tastes absolutely delicious.

Ingredients :
1. Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
2. Plain Curd/ Yogurt 1/2 cup
3. Milk / Almond Milk 1/4 cup
4. Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
5. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
6. Castor Sugar/Brown Sugar 1/2 cup
7. Almond Flour 1 cup
8. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
9. Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
10. Baking Powder 1 tsp
11. Salt 1/4 tsp
12. Chocolate Chips 1/4 cup
Method :
1. Mix all the ingredients as shown in video.
2. Fill the batter in cupcake moulds & bake this in Preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
3. Let it cool completely at room temperature before serving.
