How To make Applesauce Bran Breakfast Cake
1/4 c Margarine
2 c Applesauce
1 c Unbleached all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c Oat Bran
1 c Sugar
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Grated nutmeg
1/4 ts Ground cloves
1 c Raisins
1 c Chopped nuts
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease the bottom only of a 9" baking pan. In a large saucepan, heat the margarine and applesauce together over medium heat until the margarine is just melted, then remove from heat. Add the remaining ingredients, stir quickly to moisten, then pour the batter into the baking pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Ingredients and recipe:
Add 1 cup quick oats to a bowl
Pour in 1cup milk
Mix them together well
Chop 1 apple
Slice the halves
Dice them
Add to the bowl
Add in 1/4tsp ground cinnamon
Mix well
Blend the mix with a hand blender
Medium heat
Melt unsalted butter
Scoop some of the batter in the pan
Fry for 2 minutes
Flip over and fry for 2 minutes
Done!
Repeat

Applesauce Muffins- Lynn's Recipes
Lynn demonstrates how to make Applesauce Muffins. These muffins can be for breakfast or a snack. You can freeze them for a quick breakfast when you are short on time. Makes 24 muffins.
2 sticks butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups all purpose flour
3 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons allspice
1 teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons baking soda
16 ounces applesauce
Preheat oven to 425°. Spray muffin tins and set aside.
Combine butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, allspice, cloves and baking soda. Add to butter-sugar mixture and mix well. Add applesauce and mix well. Spoon batter into muffin pan, filling about 2/3 full.
Bake at 425° for 15-20 minutes.
This recipe can easily be cut in half to make 12 muffins.

50 g eritrytol/green sugar (4 tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla extract
25 g melted butter (1 3/4 tbsp)
1 big carrot (90g/3.2 oz)
50 g chopped walnuts(1/2 cup)
bake 20-25 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
