walnuts, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a 9x5 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients; set aside. In another large bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Add bananas, buttermilk, applesauce and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients until just blended. Add nuts. Pour into prepared pan and bake 45 to 55 minutes or until golden.
Serves 12, 215 Calories per serving.
Note: If you leave out the walnuts you can reduce the calories per serving to 183.

3/4 Cup White Sugar
3 Ripe Mashed Bananas
1/4 Cup Apple Sauce
1/3 Cup Nonfat Milk
1 Tablespoon Avacado Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 3/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour

▶ Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Pour batter into a bread pan.

2 1/2 (250g) Mashed bananas
1/2 Cup (122g) Unsweetened applesauce
1 Whole egg
2 Tbsp (30g) coconut oil
Mix until combined
Dry Ingredients:
1/2 Cup (60g) oat flour
3/4 Cup (90g) Isopure's chocolate whey protein
1/4 Cup (30g) unsweetened cocoa powder
Heaping 1/3 cup (75g) of sugar substitute
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp baking powder
3/4 Tsp baking powder
Mix until well combined
Pour wet into dry and mix thoroughly
Coat a 9x5 bread pan with baking spray and add in the batter
Bake at 350 degrees | 177 Celsius for 45 minutes
Halfway through cover your pan with tin foil
Use the toothpick test if you have any questions about your bread being cooked enough
If you can stick a tooth pick in the loaf, and it's clean when you take it out, your bread has baked long enough.
