How To make Banana Chocolate Pudding Cake
3/4 c Cake flour
1/3 c Nonfat dry milk powder
1 Env. (4 svgs) low cal
-chocolate pudding mix 1 ts Baking powder
4 Eggs, separated
1 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Sugar
1/2 c Evap skim milk
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 ds Salt
1/2 c Thawed cool whip (or use my

From: Weight Watchers cookbook. Posted by: Donna Ransdell, COOKING echo Exchanges: 1/2 protein, 1/2 bread, 1/2 fruit, 1/2 milk, 30 opt. calories, per serving. Designed for Week 4 or later. 1. Preheat oven to 350. Line bottom of 8x8x2 pan with wax paper; spray
sides with Pam. 2. Onto wax paper, sift together flour, dry milk, pudding mix, and baking
powder; set aside. 3. In large mixing bowl, combine egg yolks and sugar; using electric mixer,
beat 2 minutes. Alternating ingredients, gradually beat in pudding mixture and milk; add vanilla. Beat a med-high til mixture is combined. 4. In separate bowl, using clean beaters, beat egg whites with salt til
stiff peaks form. Gently stir 1/4 of beaten egg whites into batter; carefully fold in remaining egg whites. 5. Pour batter in baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes til cake tester comes out
clean. 6. Let cake cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Set on wire rack to cool.
7. Remove wax paper from cooled cake; transfer cake to serving platter and
spread top with Cool Whip. Peel and slice bananas; transfer slices to small bowl, add lemon juice, and toss gently. Decoratively arrange banana slices over whipped topping. To serve, cut cake into 8 equal pieces.

Ingredients Used
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs @ room temp
1 pk (3.4oz) banana cream instant pudding mix
1/2 cup buttermilk @ room temp (whole milk will work too)
1/2 cup sour cream at room temp
For the cream frosting
1 1/2 cups cold whole milk
5oz sweetened condensed milk
4 oz cream cheese at room Temp
8 oz whipped cream
1 pk (3.4oz) instant French vanilla pudding mix
Toppings
Chessmen butter cookies/ Nilla wafers
Freshly sliced bananas
Bake @350 F for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry! Allow to cool down completely before adding the cream frosting ! Slice fresh bananas to top it off and Enjoy!

Looking for an easy chocolate milk pudding recipe to make? Try no oven Ibıza tatlısı. This Turkish pudding dessert with chocolate pudding and whipped cream layers is popular in cafes, and patisseries and is easy to make at home.
Ingredients for chocolate pudding:
1+1/4 cup flour
2 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 liter of whole milk
vanilla powder or extract to flavor

Chocolate Banana Cream Pie
RECIPE COURTESY OF INA GARTEN

Ingredients
For the crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (10 to 12 crackers)
1/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted
For the chocolate filling:
3/4 cup sugar
5 extra-large egg yolks
1/3 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 cups whole milk, scalded
7 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, diced
1 tablespoon coffee liqueur
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
For the decoration:
2 large bananas, sliced
1 cup cold heavy cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Milk chocolate, for garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
For the crust, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into an 11-inch false-bottom tart pan, making sure the sides and the bottom of the crust are an even thickness. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool completely.
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the sugar, egg yolks, cornstarch and salt. With the mixer on low, slowly add the scalded milk until the mixture is combined.
Pour the mixture into a large saucepan and cook over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until the mixture is very thick. Off the heat, add the chocolate, butter, coffee liqueur and coffee powder and stir until the chocolate is melted. Pour the filling into the cooled tart pan and smooth the top. Place plastic wrap directly on top of the chocolate filling and chill for 6 hours.
When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap from the chocolate and arrange the banana slices in concentric circles on top of the filling.
Place the heavy cream, sugar and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment and beat until the cream forms firm peaks. Spoon the whipped cream on top of the bananas and gently spread the cream with a spatula to cover the pie, leaving a border of bananas visible at the outside edge. For a garnish, shave curls of milk chocolate on top of the whipped cream.
Remove the pie from the pan, place it on a cake plate and serve.

INGREDIENTS:
Dark chocolate 200 gm
Boiling water
Place the bowl
Melt the chocolate
Keep a side
Ripe banana 300gm
Blend until smooth
Mix with melted chocolate
5 inch pan
Place wrap paper
Keep it in the freezer for 2-4 hours
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
