Let cream cheese sit out until it's room temperature, nice and soft. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time (break them into a separate cup - one teensy bit of shell will ruin everything!) and beat just until mixed. Add remaining ingredients and beat just until mixed. Pour into chilled shell and bake at 325 for 50 minutes to an hour. Jam may be melted and poured evenly over the top of the cooled cake. Fruits may be arranged on top of a cooled cake, then covered with a melted jam glaze. 4 oz chocolate or white chocolate chips, melted with
2-3 Tbsp butter and maybe 1 -2 Tbsp whipping cream (if
desired) can be poured on top of the cooled cake. For a yogurt or sour cream topping, cook the cake only 50 minutes, cool the cake 15 minutes, mix together 1
cup yogurt or sour cream with 1/4 cup sugar (regular is OK since this is so liquid) and 1 Tbsp vanilla or other flavoring (lemon juice, extract, etc.) raise the oven temperature to 475 and bake another 10 minutes. VALENTINE'S RECIPE - CHOCOLATE COATED STRAWBERRIES
Hello everyone in today’s video I will show you how to make chocolate cover strawberries, as Valentine’s Day is soon this video can be considered as a Valentine’s Day Treat for your loved ones. Ingredients :
Strawberries - 700 g
Chocolate.
White - 200 g
Milk - 300 g
Dark - 300 g
Chopped Nuts - 150 g
Edible Glitter
Parchment Paper
Styrofoam Board
Wooden Skewers or Toothpicks
Recipe :
1. Wash the strawberries & pat dry with a paper towel & then place onto a tray lined with a paper towel
2. Melt the chocolate using the double boiler method & place the melted chocolate gently into separate jars, I melted white, milk & dark chocolate
3. Thread a wooden skewer or a toothpick into the washed & dried strawberry, holding the leaves back, dip the strawberry into the desired chocolate the more coats of chocolate the tastier & place up on a styrofoam board
4. If you don’t have a styrofoam board you can coat the strawberry in chocolate by holding the strawberry by the leaves & coating in the desired chocolate, and then it is optional to add toppings so as directed you can coat the chocolate coated strawberry with chopped nuts & then placing it onto a tray lined with parchment paper
5. Place the tray & styrofoam board with the strawberries into the fridge for 30 minutes
6. If you have remaining chocolate you can make chocolate sweets by add a teaspoon of the desired chocolate & also by add some nuts into a chocolate mould, place this mould into the freezer for 30 minutes
7. Remove the strawberries from the fridge & the chocolate sweets from the freezer & sprinkle some edible glitter onto them
8. Serve as per your liking & enjoy!
9. As this is a Valentine’s recipe I added some candles & heart decor for a romantic touch!
