How To make Beefy Chili Mac
1 pound beef cubed steaks
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans chili seasoned chunky tomatoes
1 1/2 cups uncooked wagon wheel pasta
1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese -- or Cheddar
cheese
Cut beef steaks lengthwise into 1" wide strips then crosswise into 1" inch pieces. Spray Dutch oven with vegetable cooking spray; heat oven to medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and onion to pan; cook and stir 3 minutes . Stir tomatoes, pasta, and 1/2 cup water into pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low. Cover tightly; simmer 20 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. Makes 4 servings.

30 oz. (850 g) Tomato sauce , (two 15 oz. cans or @ 4 cups) crushed, diced or regular
15 oz. (425 g) canned Beans (black, pinto, cannellini, etc…), drained and rinsed
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Chili Powder
2 teaspoons (10 ml) ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) Oregano leaves
Kosher Salt , to taste
fresh cracked Black Pepper
1-2 cups (113-226 g) grated Cheddar Cheese

Murph’s Kitchen - Beefy Chili Mac
Cook 2 cups of pasta - in salted water, drain and set aside.
Brown 1 lb ground beef or Turkey season with garlic and beeper or salt and pepper.
Drain fat.
Cook 1 diced onion and 1/2 diced green pepper in 1 tablespoon of butter over med heat, until tender.
In pot add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup beef stock, 1 can baked beans and 1 can drained and rinsed kidney beans.
Seasoning- 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cumin and 1/2 tsp oregano.
Sprinkle with cheese before serving.

CHILI MAC & CHEESE | Easy Chili Mac Recipe
Chili Mac and cheese combines 2 family favorites in 1 dish! It’s beefy chili cooked with pasta and topped with lots of gooey cheese! This one hearty meal that’s simple enough for a weeknight dinner!
Chili Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
8 oz dry macaroni noodles (1/2 box)
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
8 oz tomato sauce
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook macaroni noodles according to the package, drain and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat and sauté ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until cooked through. Remove, drain and set aside.
Add more oil to the pan and sauté onions and bell peppers. Season with salt and cook until softened about 5 minutes.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin. Season well with salt and pepper.
Stir in ground beef and macaroni noodles.
Bring to a simmer, remove from heat and transfer to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Transfer to oven and bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
