Smoke Crafters BBQ Mission Texas Brisket Sandwich, Carnitas, Mollejas & Pecan Pie Taco
Smoke Crafters cultivating the food trailer experience in South Texas Rio Grande Valley (RGV). Capturing that atmosphere with their outdoor patio being in the outskirts of north Mission, Texas. Picnic tables, Texas size wooden jenga, checker board table, cornhole board to also being pet friendly. Adding to the mix is their great food. It’s smoked meats and signature sides feed the barbecue soul. Their smoked brisket sandwich is a must have. Hands Down! It’s golden bun complements well with the overpowering delicious brisket. They offer their in-house barbecue sauce but is not required due to the perfection of the brisket. The carnitas “pull pork” & mollejas “sweet bread” smoked meats well describes the perfect sense of good Tex-Mex smoked barbecue. These two contenders will blow your mind. From their texture and quality of meat to a mouthful taste. They offer signature drinks to all ages. Last but not least is their pecan pie taco????. It’s a musical symphony working together as ingredients combined into the waffle taco shell. Definitely, a must eat treat.
