1/2 c Marshmallow creme OR
3/4 c Milk -- heated to boiling
1 c Mini-marshmallows
16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
9 oz Prepared Graham cracker
-crust 3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pk Unflavored gelatin
1 t Vanilla (opt)
1/4 c Milk -- cold
Spread marshmallow creme or scatter marshmallows over bottom of prepared crust; set aside. In blender, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold milk; let stand 2 minutes. Add hot milk; process at low speed until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder and

This no-bake cookie dough cheesecake recipe features a white chocolate chip base and a white chocolate cheesecake filling, stuffed to the brim with milk and white chocolate cookie dough. Try this out as your Christmas dessert this year and you won’t be disappointed. Christmas cheesecake is always a good idea!
This indulgent creamy cheesecake is perfectly sweet, full of chocolatey vanilla goodness. You could make this ahead of time and freeze before you want to have it, but I doubt you’ll be able to once you’ve tasted it!
The ingredients are listed below, and if you’d prefer the written recipe, head to where you’ll find just what you need.
For the white choc chip base
240g digestive biscuits
90g melted butter
50g finely chopped white chocolate
For the white and milk chocolate cookie dough chunks
70g plain flour
50g soft unsalted butter
50g light brown sugar
20g granulated sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla
25g milk choc chips
25g white choc chips
To make the white chocolate cheesecake filling
300ml double cream
300g full fat cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
70g icing sugar
200g white chocolate
Optional decoration
Melted chocolate or Nutella

UPDATE: It seems I forgot to the include 'adding the dry ingredients (flour/cornstarch/vanilla) to the wet ingredients' in the video. Please keep in mind, after adding the eggs and beating well to combine, add the dry ingredients and beat again until they have combined completely.
Making a cheesecake may be intimidating for various reasons; this video shows that it is not as difficult as you may think.
This is a light cheesecake made with labneh and whipping cream instead of cream cheese.
Labneh is a type of strained yogurt with a cream cheese like texture and a subtle flavour.

Ingredients:
For the Base
10 Original Oreo cookies
2 tablespoons (30 grams) unsalted butter
For the Cheesecake filling
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
2 cups (500 grams) labneh
¾ cup + 1 tablespoon (200 ml) whipping cream (heavy cream)
1¼ cups granulated sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
For the Chocolate Ganache
¾ cup + 1 tablespoon (200 ml) whipping cream (heavy cream)
1 cup + 1 tablespoon (200 grams) semisweet chocolate buttons (or chopped chocolate)
