As we enter into the month of October, it's official: party season is upon us. With Canadian Thanksgiving at the front end of things, Halloween, American Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's, there is much to celebrate! Which means, many, many parties.
Whether you're hosting your own party or attending another, this dip is SO easy to prepare and SO delicious! It's vegan, gluten free, and healthy! You only need a few minutes and one food processor to prepare it, and you'll be glad you did!
Here is what you need:
1 15oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed 1/4 of a small red onion, small dice 1 clove of garlic, minced 1 handful of cilantro, roughly chopped The juice of 1 lemon 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp black pepper
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth!
Serve with veggies, chips, or anything else you can think to dip into this yummy creation! Also consider serving this alongside your guac and salsa at your next taco or burrito night!
