Fruit And Yogurt Smoothie- Fresh fruit and Greek style yogurt combine for a refreshing smoothie.
Ingredient List:
1/2 Cup Blueberries 1/2 Cup Strawberries Juice of 1/2 of a Lime 1-2 Tblsp grated Coconut 1 Tblsp Honey 1/2 Cup Yogurt Greek style plain 1/4 Cup Water 3-4 Ice cubes
Blend for approximately 2 minutes or until smooth. Frozen fruit may also be used instead of fresh, but eliminate the ice cubes and increase water to 1/2 cup.

INGREDIENTS 2 cups almond milk 1 1/2 cups blueberries, separated 2 cups oats 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 4 tablespoons chia seeds 1/4 cup maple syrup INSTRUCTIONS Place the almond milk and 1 cup of blueberries into a blender and blend until well combined. Mix all remaining ingredients in a medium bowl, pour in blueberry almond mixture. Stir until well combined. Pour into Ziploc bag pouches, and refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days. Enjoy!
