I loved traveling with the royal family and Sandringham at Christmas and New Year was one of my favorite times. Shooting lunches were really important and that meant preparing delicious comfort food lunches for the royals and their guests.

The recipe -
Serves 4
1-2 lb boneless leg of lamb, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 large carrots, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
2 large onions, peeled, halved and sliced
3 large parsnips, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
1 rutabaga (swede) peeled and cut into cubes
2 sprigs fresh thyme
2 cups (about 10) small gold potatoes, cut in half
2 quarts lamb broth (or chicken or beef broth)
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
Add the oil to a large pot and heat until smoking. Carefully add the lamb and stir until brown. (drain off the fat - optional)
Add the vegetables and stir (don't add the potatoes until half way through cooking)
Add the thyme and broth, cover with a lid and simmer for 1 hour or until the meat is tender. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Garnish with the chopped parsley.

This hearty pork stew recipe is filled with meat and vegetables. In traditional recipe of pork and potato stew with carrot there are all necessary spices that will add this meal a special aroma and about in an hour a mouthwatering stew will be ready for serving. ✅ Ingredients:
• pork tenderloin or neck – 1,8 lb | 800 g
• potato – 2,2 lb | 1 kg
• carrot – 10,5 oz | 300 g
• yellow onion – 7 oz | 200 g
• celery stalks – 3 oz | 100 g
• garlic – 3 cloves
• vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
• smoked paprika – 2 tsp
• dried marjoram – 1 tsp
• dried thyme – ½ tsp
• ground black pepper – to taste
• salt – to taste
• 2 bay leaves
• water – 3,5 cup | 800 ml
• fresh greens: parsley, dill, cilantro – to taste

• deep pan or saucepan
???? Preparation:
1. Dice the potato, cut the carrot into bars and chop the bulb onion, celery, garlic and greens. Cut the pork into medium pieces.
2. Heat a saucepan with the vegetable oil over medium heat, add the meat and fry on all the sides until golden brown for 12-15 minutes.
3. Add the bulb onion and fry for another 3 minutes over medium heat until onion is golden brown.
4. Add the carrot and celery, stir and keep frying for 3 minutes over medium heat stirring occasionally.
5. Add the chopped garlic, ground pepper, paprika, marjoram, thyme and salt to taste, stir and fry for a minute over medium heat.
6. Into the saucepan add the potato and water, stir and bring to a boil.
7. Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
8. In 20 minutes stir, add the bay leaves and cook for another 20 minutes.
9. Add the chopped greens, stir well, switch the heat off and cover with the lid for a couple of minutes.
10. Serve your pork and potato stew hot.

Braised Pork Ribs, aka Red Braised Pork Ribs (simplified Chinees 红烧排骨 pinyin: hong2 shao1 pai2 gu3), is a classic Chinese pork dish. It's a spin on another popular Chinese dish called Hong Shao Rou or Braised Pork Belly. If you like braised pork belly but avoid it for health reasons, try using pork ribs instead. If using pork belly, cook it until the fat and skin become gelatinous and melt in your mouth. Heavenly! If using ribs, cook until the pork falls easily off the bone. The sauce in both dishes should be thick, a little sweet, and sticky enough to coat the pork completely. Braising is an excellent cooking method for achieving a melt-in-your-mouth texture. You can serve these braised ribs with steamed rice and dark green vegetables to round out the meal because we've added roots to this dish. 650g pork prime ribs
200ml Chinese white rice wine
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons premium dark soy sauce

Alles, was Sie brauchen, sind Kartoffeln und Mehl, und Sie haben dieses schnelle und einfache Rezept zubereitet! Ohne Hefe! Der Teig besteht aus Kartoffelmehl und Eiern. Zum Füllen verwende ich Kohl. REZEPT UND ZUTATEN:
5 Kartoffeln.
Reinigen und schneiden.
Wasser.
Mit einem Deckel abdecken und bis zum Kochen kochen.
Salz 1 Esslöffel.
Kartoffeln weich kochen.
Zwiebel 1 Stk.
Olivenöl.
Ich brate die Zwiebel goldbraun an.
Karotte 1 Stk.
3-5 Minuten kochen.
1/4 Kohl.
Gut mischen.
Mit einem Deckel abdecken und 5-7 Minuten braten.
1 Ei.
Salz. Schwarzer Pfeffer. Petersilie.
Gut mischen.
Mehl 1 Tasse.
Backpulver 10 gr. / 2 Teelöffel.
Tomatenmark 2 Esslöffel.
Salz. Schwarzer Pfeffer. Knoblauch 2 Zehen.
Gut mischen.
Bei schwacher Hitze weitere 10 Minuten garen.
Mehl 1/2 Tasse.
Ich teile den Teig in 6 gleiche Teile.
Füllung hinzufügen.
Dies kann mit einer Gabel oder von Hand erfolgen.
Sonnenblumenöl.
Auf beiden Seiten goldbraun braten!
Ich übertrage auf ein Papiertuch.
Das ist ein sehr leckeres und einfaches Gericht!
