3/4 c Flour (unbleached
All-purpose) 1 Flat tsp. sugar (or more to
Taste) 1 tb Baking powder (double
Acting) 1/2 ts Salt (or more to taste)
1 Egg -- stirred
1 tb Melted butter
Buttermilk to make 2 cups of Batter
Salt and sugar can be adjusted to personal tastes. Stir dry ingredients together. Add egg and 1/2 cup of buttermilk. Add the melted butter. Add enough butter milk to make 2 cups of batter, or more if you like them thinner. Stir all together briefly. Batter should be slightly lumpy. Cook as usual on a slightly buttered griddle. You’ll need
2 eggs
2 tbsp granulated sugar
200 ml milk
1 + ¼ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla powder
To cook;
Oil
1 cup = 240 ml
Here’s how
1- Whisk together 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
2- Add 200 ml of milk, 1 + ¼ cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tsp of baking powder and 2 tsp vanilla powder. Beat until you have a smooth batter.
3- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
4- Gently pour about 1 tbsp of batter onto the hot pan.
5- Wait until the bubbles form on the surface and once they start popping, flip the pancake over and cook until both sides are golden.
6- Repeat until all the batter is used up.
7- Once both sides are golden, transfer to a serving plate!

How to Make Delicious Pancakes for One
Craving pancakes but want just enough to serve one or two people, this small batch pancake recipe is for you. Fluffy and soft pancakes that are easy to make, and absolutely delicious.

♦️ Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ tablespoon sugar
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 large egg
¾ cup milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon salted butter , melted
1 teaspoon salted butter for the pan
♦️ Instructions
1) In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
In another bowl, beat the egg and then whisk in the milk, vanilla and melted butter.
2) Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated. If the batter seems too thick, add more of the milk, a little at a time.
3) Melt the butter in a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
4) Ladle about ¾ cup of the batter onto the skillet to make a pancake.
5) Cook until bubbles break the surface of the pancake, and the underside is golden brown, about 3 minutes.
6) Flip with a spatula and cook about 1 minute more on the second side. Remove from the pan and place on a plate.
7) Repeat until all the batter is used up.
8) Serve with your favorite toppings: butter, syrup, fruit or any other topping you desire.
