How To make Cannelloni with Cheese& Spinach
2 x 225g bags of microwave-in-the-bag fresh
young leaf spinach 18 sheets fresh lasagne
250 g ricotta cheese
300 g mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
1 large free-range egg yolk
40 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
freshly grated nutmeg 450 ml cheese sauce
125 g grated mozzarella cheese
1. Cook the spinach, following the instructions on the packet. Put the lasagne in a bowl and pour boiling water over to cover. Leave to soak for two minutes.
2. Meanwhile, put the ricotta, mascarpone, egg yolk and Parmesan in a food processor and mix. Add the drained spinach and process again. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
3. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Put a spoonful of the mixture on a drained sheet of lasagne. Fold over to enclose the filling and place in a greased ovenproof dish, folded side down. Repeat until all the lasagne is used up, then pour the sauce over and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake for 30 minutes until golden.

CANNELLONI with spinach, ricotta and pancetta ✨ #shorts #recipe

INGREDIENTS for one baking dish:
Cannelloni 300g
Spinach 500g
Pancetta 200g
Ricotta 250g
For the béchamel sauce:
Milk 1 liter
Butter 100g
Flour 100g
Nutmeg
Parmesan cheese 150g
PROCEDURE:
Start by preparing the béchamel sauce by combining butter and flour. Cook for 1/2 minute, then gradually add all the cold milk while whisking until it thickens.
Sauté the pancetta in a pan, set it aside, and in the same fat, cook the spinach.
Once cooked, squeeze them well and mix them with ricotta, pancetta, and Parmesan cheese.
Mix thoroughly, and put the filling into a pastry bag.
Fill each cannelloni properly and place them on a baking dish coated with béchamel sauce. Create two layers and finish with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 25 minutes.

Spinach Ricotta Cannelloni - How to make Healthy & Delicious Cannelloni
Hey guys, try this super juicy and easy Spinach Ricotta Cannelloni recipe! ????
Ingredients:
FILLING:
400 g ricotta
400 g frozen chopped spinach
40 grated parmesan
50 g shredded cheese
1 egg
1 garlic clove
Salt
Pepper
SAUCE:
800 g (2 cans) crushed tomato
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove/ garlic powder
1 onion
Salt
Pepper
Basil leaves/ 1 tsp dried herbs
CANNELLONI
18 - 22 dried cannelloni tubes
50 g shredded Mozzarella
Basil leaves
~~????Instructions:
FILLING:
1. In a heated pan with olive oil add the chopped garlic and onion, cook for 2 - 3 minutes until translucent. Add the spinach & a bit of water for another few minutes.
2. Place the spinach in a bowl and drain the extra water. Chop it or blend it.
3. Mix it with the ricotta, and the other filling ingredients.
SAUCE:
1. In a heated pan with olive oil add the chopped garlic and onion, cook for 2 - 3 minutes until translucent. Add tomato, water, salt and pepper.
2. Stir, reduce heat to medium, simmer for 5 minutes. Optional: add 1/2 cup water and blend sauce until smooth. Stir through basil or dried herbs. Set aside.
ASSEMBLE & BAKE:
Preheat oven to 180 C/350 F.
1. In the baking pan spread a bit of the tomato sauce (as base)
2. Transfer Filling to a piping bag (I’ve used a regular IKEA bag). Cut the top using a knife or the scissors.
3. Fill the tubes and place them in the pan.
4. Pour over remaining Sauce, covering all the tubes.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
6. Remove the foil, add shredded cheese & basil over.
7. Place it the oven for another 10 minutes.
8. Leave it a bit to cool down and enjoy! ????
**You can also place it in the freezer and heat it in the microwave** ♥️✅
