I'm so excited to share with you my signature easy healthy salmon recipe! This is one of my favorite meals that I make 2-3 times per week. Its filled with nutrition and so simple to prepare, you can have dinner on the table in 20 minutes! If you follow me on instagram, you see this salmon featured often in my stories. I got so many messages asking how to make it, I thought it would be a great idea to film a quick video showing you exactly how to prepare this healthy dinner. What I cooked for my daughter
(Vlog-55)
Masala Omelette
-4 eggs (4 whites +1 yolk)
-1/2 onion chopped
-1/2 tomato chopped
-1’green chillies cut
-few coriander leaves chopped
-Salt & pepper
-In medium bowl add eggs whisk
-Heat oil pan sauté onion, tomato, green chilies for a second add to egg mixture whisk, salt & pepper
-Heat olive oil pour egg mixture close the lid cook on a medium flame until completely cooked
-Transfer to a plate with sides
POTATO PAN FRY
-1 Boiled potato cut
-In a bowl mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salty& pepper
-Heat a pan with olive oil, place potato slices blush sauce mixture
-flip and brush other side as well,
Cook until nice and brown & buttery
-Serve along with Eggs, avocado & toast
-Enjoy!!!
PAN FRIED BASA FISH
-2 Chunks of basa
-1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce/ 1 table light soy,garlic paste marinate for half an hour
-Heat a pan with olive oil place Basa chunks, medium heat close the lid and cook for 5 minutes,
Then again Open the lid fry for another 2-3 minutes until they are dark brown in color
-Enjoy with lemon rice, seasoned Daliya .
Matcha drink-
Cold coffee (Malz special)
-1 coffee espresso shot
-4 ice cubes
-1/2 cup Oar milk Barista Edition
Enjoy chillie
