INGREDIENTS
10 oz or 2 cups cups frozen broccoli florets (thawed) cut in chunks
3 scallions chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 egg
MIX Together And Refrigerate 30 min
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup or more panko
Oil for frying

Shopping List:
2 cups cooked basmati rice
4 cups broccoli
3-4 tbsps butter
1 diced onion
1 tsp roasted garlic base
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsps flour
2 cups half and half or heavy cream
2 tbsps sour cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup monterey jack cheese
celery salt, smoked paprika, all purpose seasoning
1.5 cups colby jack cheese
1 cup crushed garlic butter ritz crackers
diced parsley
Bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes.

Broccoli and Cheese Balls
Broccoli looks so good and tastes so good in this starter, you will fall head over heels in love with it! Broccoli and cheese, thoughtfully combined with potatoes, result in an irresistible starter that is crisp outside and succulently indulgent inside. The vibrant colour of broccoli stands out, making the Broccoli and Cheese Balls a visual trend-setter too! Make these and many more perfect party appetizers like Baby Corn Hara Masala , Corn Fritters , Creamy Mushroom Tartlets , Mini Chilli Cheese Naan , Pasta Cheese Balls .
Preparation Time: 15 minutes.
Cooking Time: 20 minutes.
Makes 10 balls.
For Broccoli and Cheese Balls
1 cup finely chopped broccoli
10 small mozzarella cheese cubes
1 tbsp oil
½ cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
2 tbsp cornflour
¾ cup boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs for rolling
Oil for deep-frying
1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions, garlic and green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
2. Add the broccoli, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
3. Trasnfer into a deep bowl and cool slightly.
4. Add the cornflour, potatoes and salt and mix well.
5. Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions.
6. Press a little in the center of each round to make a depression. Place a cheese cube in the center of each round.
7. Bring all the sides together to seal it, and roll again to form a ball.
8. Roll each ball in bread crumbs till they are evenly coated from all the sides.
9. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, deep fry a few balls at a time, on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Almond flour (My favorite brand on Amazon (affiliate link)
2 Cups Steamed Finely Chopped Broccoli, packed
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
2 Eggs, beaten
3/4 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Salt
Pepper to taste
EQUIPMENT
Air Fryer (My favorite brand on Amazon (affiliate link)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Place parchment paper or aluminum foil in the bottom of your air fryer basket and preheat your air fryer to 400F.
Now take a tablespoon of your broccoli mixture, with your hands, form a tot shape and place on cutting board. Repeat this process until you have used all of your broccoli mixture. Should make about 25 tots.
Place tots in your basket of your air fryer and cook at 400F for 10 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for 10 minutes more. Serve. These can also be cooked in the oven at 400F for 30 minutes, flipped halfway through.
