How To make Cheese Stuffed Trout
1/2 c Sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c Chopped green onions
2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
2 lb Whole trout, cleaned
Salt and pepper
In a small bowl, combine mushrooms, green onions and cheese; spoon into cavity of each fish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Securely close cavities with toothpicks or skewers to keep stuffing inside. Place on lightly greased broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat about 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily.

Here's what you'll need
2 pieces of salmon
4 ounce cream cheese ( or half the block )
1 cup precooked shrimp
1/2 cup frozen spinach (squeezed dry)
1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
Blackened seasoning
Lemon
2 tablespoons of butter

Cheesy Fish Cutlet | Cheese Stuffed Fish | Fish Cutlet Recipe | How to make fish cutlets
Ingredients are:
(For 5 cutlets)
Bhetki fish fillets: 10 pieces
Onion paste: 2 tbsp
Ginger paste: 1 tbsp
Garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Chilli paste: 1/2 tbsp
Coriander paste: 1 tbsp
Salt: (as per taste)
Lemon : 1 whole
Egg: 2 pieces
Cornflower: 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs: (as required)
Oil: (for deep frying)
CHEESY FISH CUTLET

Step - 1 (1st marination)
Marinate the fish fillet with lemon juice and salt
Rest it for 10 mins
Step - 2 (2nd marination)
Add onion paste, garlic paste and ginger paste and coriander and chilli paste.
Mix the all ingredients with the fish fillets and keep it for half an hour.
Step - 3
Make a batter with egg and cornflower and add little bit of salt. Make a semi thick batter, and keep it aside.
Step - 4
Cutlet making
Take one piece of fish fillet, add one slice of cheese on it and again add one piece of fillet.
Then coat with bread crumbs then deep in egg & cornflower batter and again coat with bread crumbs.
Prepare all the cutlets like the way as mentioned.
Step - 4
Heat a pan, add oil for deep frying, add the cutlets one by one. Fry it on medium heat.
Finally serve with Mayo dip and salad.

Crab Stuffed Salmon Recipe Details:
AVOCADO OIL
4 SALMON FILLETS
8 OZ LUMP CRAB
2 CUPS BABY SPINACH FRESH
1/4 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
SALT TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
3 GARLIC CLOVES FINELY CHOPPED
1/2 TSP SMOKED PAPRIKA
8 OZ CREAM CHEESE
2 TBSP BUTTER
GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE
ONION POWDER TO TASTE
OLD BAY SEASONING TO TASTE
SEAFOOD SEASONING TO TASTE
CAJUN SEASONING TO TASTE
LEMON WEDGES GARNISH
Cajun Butter Sauce
2 TBSP BUTTER
1 LEMON SQUEEZED
1/4 TSP OLD BAY SEASONING
1/4 TSP CAJUN SEASONING
1/4 TSP SMOKED PAPRIKA
1/4 TSP SEAFOOD SEASONING
Preheat oven to 350F
Using a skillet add a small drizzle of oil. Once the oil becomes hot add spinach, garlic and combine.
Season the spinach with salt, pepper, onion powder, smoked paprika, cajun seasoning. Remove spinach mixture and reserve. Allow the spinach to cool down.
Add the spinach mixture to the cream cheese and combine.
Add parmesan cheese. Add strained lump crab and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
Place a slit in the middle of the salmon to create a pocket.
Stuff the salmon with the crab mixture.
Add a small drizzle of oil to the stuffed salmon and season with pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cajun seasoning, old bay, and seafood seasoning.
Pat the seasoning into the salmon. Flip the salmon over and repeat the same process.
Using medium-low heat and using the same pan add oil and allow to pan to get extremely hot.
Place the salmon into the hot pan and sear both sides until golden brown.
Cook the salmon for about 3 minutes on each side.
Add butter to the pan, along with lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, seafood seasoning.
Combine and spoon the seafood butter sauce onto the salmon for about a minute, before placing it into the oven at 350F. Cook the salmon in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the salmon is thoroughly cooked. Garnish with lemon wedges.
