How To make Stuffed Mushrooms with Cheese
Ingredients

mushrooms
1
cup
bread crumbs, italian-style
1/4
cup
worcestershire sauce
1
each
egg, beaten
4
oz
pepperoni slices
8
oz
mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2
cup
onions, chopped
Directions:
Remove stems from mushroom caps. Chop stems into small pieces and put into a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix together with your hands so that the mixture sticks together. If mixture is too dry, add another beaten egg.
Place mushroom caps in heavy baking pan and fill each cap with a mound of mushroom mixture. Use leftover mixture to cover mushrooms already stuffed.
Cover pan and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Serve immediately.

Salt - 1 heaped tsp to clean mushroom
Stuffing:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1
Garlic - 4-5
Ginger - 1 inch
Capsicum - 1/2 medium size
Mushroom Stalks - 10
Salt - to season
Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Flakes - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Cheese - 50g
For Crunchiness:
Maida & Corn Starch - 3 heaped spoons each
Salt - to taste
Water - to make a batter
Bread Crumbs - 1 cup (mixed with 1 tbsp chili flakes)
Oil - to fry

Keto Stuffed Mushrooms with Sausage and Cream Cheese
These keto stuffed mushrooms are stuffed with sausage, mozzarella, and cream cheese. They are a perfect low carb appetizer the whole family will love.

INGREDIENTS
1 Pound Baby Belle Mushroom Caps
1/2 pound Ground Sausage (I use breakfast sausage)
1/3 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
4 Ounces Cream cheese
1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
Pepper to taste
EQUIPMENT
Oven Safe Skillet (My favorite brand on Amazon (affiliate link)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F
In a 10 inch oven safe skillet (I used cast iron), saute sausage until cooked through. Remove from the pan to a mixing bowl.
Stir in the cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, and black pepper to taste. Set aside
Remove the stem of the mushrooms and scoop out any gills.
Spoon sausage and kale mixture into each mushroom cap and place in the skillet.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve

This recipe makes 6 servings
Most skillets are oven safe up to 420-500F degrees. If you are not sure of your skillet is oven safe, you can be sure that cast iron, and stainless steel is. You can also cook the sausage in any pan you want, and then transfer the mushrooms to a casserole dish to bake in the oven.

• 20 white button or cremini mushrooms (about 10 ounces)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1/2 cup chopped onion (half medium onion)
