How To make Chef Dennis's Albondigas Soup
-Jo Ferry cmsj69b 2 lb Lean ground beef
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Ground cumin
1 pn Oregano
1 pn Cilantro
3 oz Butter
1 c Tomatoes; diced
1/2 c Green chilies; diced
4 Cloves garlic; chopped
2 Med. onions; chopped
1 lb Green cabbage; chopped
1 Med. zucchini; finely diced
1/2 Bunch of cilantro
3 qt Beef broth
Salt and pepper; to taste Chopped cilantro This recipe is from the mystery "The 27* Ingredient Chili Con Carne Murders" by Nancy Pickard and Virginia Rich. In a mixing bowl, mix ground beef,garlic powder, cumin, oregano and cilantro. Shape into 1-oz meatballs. In a large pot, saute in the butter, the tomatoes, chilies, garlic, onions, cabbage, zucchini, and cilantro. Add the beef broth. Just before the broth comes to a bil, add the meatballs, one at a time. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes. Top with chopped cilantro just before serving. Note: This is even better the next day.

This caldo is seriously the easiest, full of flavor and vitamins ☺️???????? ❣️growing up we had caldo all year around, even in 115 degree weather this caldo is sooo good that it’s perfect to enjoy all year round!

Tip!!! If you cut you vegetables smaller, make sure you add them a little after I did so they don’t fall apart
I M P O R T A N T ⚠️
After removing the scum(impurities from meat) reduce heat to medium/low this is very important so you don’t overcook the vegetables
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef ribs
2 lbs beef shank
2 lbs beef roast
1 onion
1 garlic head
5- 5 1/2 qt of water
Salt I used 4 1/2 tbsp
1 tbsp beef bouillon(optional)
1 tbsp tomato bouillon
**add all of your favorite vegetables**
4-5 corn
4-5 golden potatoes
5-6 carrots or 1 lb baby carrots
1/2 lb green beans
2 chayotes
2 Mexican squash
Bunch of cilantro
1 cabbage head

Famous Russian Pelmeni,stuffed dumplings with meat
Pelmeni is a delicacy of Russian cuisine.They are mostly served with sour cream or a homemade sauce made with garlic, olive oil and vinegair.Kids and adults love them,they are a true Russian comfort food.This delicious dumplings can be made by hand or by using a mold form.The dough is very easy to make,just flour,water eggs and salt.The best meat to use for Pelmeni is a combination of ground pork, chicken and beef.
Ingredients for the dough:
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
1 1/3 cup of water
4 cups of flour( a bit extra for sprinkling)
Ingredients for the filling:
1 pund of combined of ground beef and pork
half onion chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
5 garlic cloves(minced)

Pelmeni es uno de los platos traditionales de la cocina rusa. Se sirven principalmente con crema agria o una salsa casera hecha con ajo, aceite de oliva y vinagre. La masa es muy fácil de hacer, solo harina, agua, huevos y sal. La mejor carne para usar para Pelmeni es una combinación de carne molida de cerdo, pollo y ternera.
Ingredientes para la masa:
2 huevos
1 cucharadita de sal kosher
1 1/3 taza de agua
4 tazas de harina(un poco extra para espolvorear)
Ingredientes para el relleno:
1 libra de carne molida de res y cerdo combinado
media cebolla picada
1 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra
1 cucharadita de sal
5 dientes de ajo (picados)

Pelmeni sunt bucate traditionale rusești. Acestea sunt servite în cea mai mare parte cu smântână sau un sos de casă făcut cu usturoi, ulei de măsline și oțet.Copii și adulții le adoră, sunt un adevărat deliciu culinar. Acest gust de găluște delicioase poate fi făcut manual sau folosind o formă speciala numita Pelmenita. Aluatul este foarte ușor de făcut, doar făina, ouă, apă și sare. Cea mai bună combinatie de carne pentru Pelmeni este o combinație de carne de porc tocata, pui și vită.
Ingrediente pentru aluat:
2 oua
1 linguriță de sare kosher
1 1/3 cani de apă
4 cani de faina (putin in plus pentru presurat)
Ingrediente pentru umplere:
1 kg de carne de vită tocata și carne de porc
jumătate de ceapă tocată
1 1/2 linguriță de piper negru
1 linguriță de sare
5 căței de usturoi (pisati)

1 1/2 Pound Of Meat
1/2 Cup of Semi Cooked Rice
1 Roma Tomato
1/4 Chopped Onion
1-2 Egg
1-2 tbs. Of Flour
Cilantro
Salt & Pepper To Taste
SOUP:
4 Carrots
4 Potatoes
Mint Leafs (Yerba Buena)
1-2 El Pato Jalapeño sauce.
12 Cups Of Water
2-3 Tbs. of Chicken Bouillon
