How To make Chocolate Mocha Meringue Pie
BARB DAY:
2 3/4 cups Milk
2 ounces Semisweet chocolate -- chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons Instant coffee powder
1/3 cup All-purpose flour
3/4 cup Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
4 Egg yolks beaten
2 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Scald 2 1/2 cups of the milk in a double boiler over hot water on low heat, stirring constantly. Add the chocolate and coffee powder. Combine the flour and remaining milk in a small bowl and mix until smooth.Add the sugar and salt. Stir into the chocolate mixture in double boiler. Cook, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes. 5tir a small amount into the egg yolks, then stir egg yolk mixture back into the chocolate mixture. Cook, stirring, for 8 minutes or until thickened and smooth. Add the butter, then remove from heat and beat with a wooden spoon until thick. Stir in the vanilla. Cool completely. Pour into the pie shell, then cover with Basic Meringues mixture, sealing edge. 8ake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Chill thoroughly.Garnish with grated chocolate. Ingredients
Graham cracker crust 1
Mocha cappuccino hazelnut spread/Nutella hazelnut spread
1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chocolate bars 2 , divided
Coffee powder 1 Teaspoon
Whipped topping 16 Ounce
Directions
MAKING
1. On a double boiler, place the mocha cappuccino hazelnut spread and melt.
2. Pour the hazelnut spread over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly. Set aside.
3. Into the same pan, break 1 chocolate bar and place into the double boiler. Add in the coffee powder and melt.
4. In a large bowl, add in the whipped cream and melted chocolate. Blend well with hand mixer.
5. Scrape out the whipped cream mixture into the pie and spread.
6. Chop the remaining chocolate bar and top the pie. Refrigerate for 60 minutes.
SERVING
7. Serve Chocolate pie for dessert.

½ cup (100g) sugar
1/2 tsp (3g) salt
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
2 cups (480ml) milk
¾ cup (90g) cocoa powder
2 tsp (2g) instant coffee powder
2 ¾ cups (350g) all-purpose flour
6 tbsp (80g) oil
2 cups (480ml) sparkling mineral water
Mocha Mascarpone Filling
2 pounds (1kg) Mascarpone cheese, room temperature
2 ⅔ cups (640g) whipping cream, chilled
1 ⅓ cup (160g) powdered sugar
1 ½ tsp (7g) vanilla extract
3 ½ tsp (7g) instant coffee powder
Chocolate Glaze

INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup superfine sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
3 large egg whites at room temperature
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon espresso powder
4 tablespoons cocoa
DIRECTIONS
Whisk together superfine sugar and cornstarch in a small bowl to combine.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, whip egg whites on medium-low with cream of tartar until light and frothy.
Slowly add sugar and cornstarch mixture to egg whites with mixer running, one tablespoon at a time. Increase the mixer to medium-high until stiff peaks and the whites become shiny and glossy in texture.
Add espresso powder and cocoa and mix to incorporate. You may need to fold a few times by hand to ensure the cocoa is fully mixed in.
Pipe or dollop with spoons onto parchment-lined baking sheets, making sure to create small and flat cookies. Large puffy cookies will bake more hollow and be hard to eat. Top with shaved chocolate (optional).
Bake in a preheated 300-degree oven for 30-60 minutes, depending on the size and shape of the cookies.
Once dry to the touch, pull out of the oven and let cool on baking sheets for 20 minutes.
Spread Nutella on the back of one cookie and sandwich with another.

70g dark chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Bake at 100C for 90 minutes

Yumurta aklarını sarılardan dikkatli bir şekilde ayırın.Merengi tutturabilmek için; kaseniz ve mikser uçları tamamen kuru olmalı ve en ufak bir yumurta sarısı karışmamalı buna dikkat edin.
Yumurta aklarını şekerle birlikte kaynayan su buharı üzerine oturtun, şeker tanecikleri eriyene kadar yaklaşık 4 dakika boyunca çırpmaya devam edin bu işlem sırasında içine su kaçırmamaya özen gösterin.
Kaseyi ocaktan alın yüksek hızda yaklaşık 7-8 dakika mikserleyin, bu işlem sonunda mereng sakızımsı koyu bir kıvam alacaktır.
Erimiş çikolataya kakaoyu ve vanilyayı ilave ederek karıştırın ardından merengin 1/3 kısmını çikolatalı karışıma ekleyerek tekrar karıştırın.
Son olarak iki karışımı birleştirin spatula ile alttan üste doğru katlayın, mermer görüntüsü olması için 4-5 kez katlamanız yeterli olacaktır.
Kaşık yardımıyla yağlı kağıt serili tepsiye yerleştirin 100° 1.5 saat pişirin, bu süre bezenin büyüklüğüne göre 1 ila 2 saat arasında değişebilir.Soğuduktan sonra servis tabağına alın.
