How To make Chorizo and Cheese Bread
1/2 lb Homemade chorizo
46 Green onions
chopped
1 tb Tomato paste
1 Tomato :
seeded and diced
1 ts Dried Mexican oregano
2 Chipotle chiles pickled
Chopped Coarse salt Pepper :
freshly ground 1 sm Loaf of French bread
1/2 lb Grated Cotija and Manchego
Cheese In a dry heavy skillet, fry the chorizo until browned. Drain off any fat and add the tomato paste and fry with chorizo briefly. Add the green onions, oregano, tomato, chile, and salt and pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes longer. Spread the chorizo mixture on a split loaf of French bread. Sprinkle generously with Cotija and Manchego cheeses. Chorizo Egg Grilled Cheese Slicing
Ingredients:
- 4 oz chorizo
- 2 slices of sourdough
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 slices of Colby jack
- 2 eggs
- Lime juice
- Cilantro
- Paprika
- Cayenne
Recipe:
1. Cook the chorizo for 5 min in a pan. Mix in lime juice, cilantro, paprika, & cayenne. Then crack 2 eggs into the pan. Mix until scrambled. Set to the side.
2. Assemble the sandwich: bread, 2 slices of cheese, egg & chorizo, 2 slices of cheese, bread.
3. Melt 2 tbsp butter. Add the sandwich & cover. Flip & toast until the cheese is melted & bread is golden brown.

Easy Cheesy Chorizo & Pepper Tear & Share Bread Recipe | Jus-Rol

A treat with a bit of spice, this easy bread recipe takes only 30 minutes and can serve up to six. Read the full recipe here:
Ingredients:
Vegetable oil, for greasing
1 box Jus-Rol™ Tear & Share Garlic and Herbs
45g Cheddar cheese, grated
45g ready-grated mozzarella cheese
30g butter
30g chorizo sausage, thinly sliced and halved
50g ready-roasted peppers (see Tips), drained and sliced
4-6 fresh basil leaves, torn
Chorizo and Cheese Baked Egg Pots
75g baby spinach
16 slices chorizo
4 tbsp cream
8 eggs
25g cheddar cheese
16 cherry tomatoes (on the vine, if liked)
2 tbsp olive oil
4 thick slices crusty bread
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 220C (fan 200C), 425F, Gas Mark 7.
2. Roughly chop the spinach and divide it amongst four wide ramekins set on a baking tray. Season with a little salt and pepper. Arrange 4 slices of chorizo in a single layer on top of each one.
3. Drizzle the cream over and crack 2 eggs on top of each. Grate the cheddar over, nestle the cherry tomatoes in on top and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the egg white are set.
4. Meanwhile, heat a large griddle pan on high. Brush the oil evenly over each side of the bread slices. Griddle them for 1-2 minutes each side until toasted and charred. Alternatively, omit the oil and simply toast the bread in a toaster or serve untoasted.
5. Serve the baked egg pots straight away with the griddled toasts for dipping.
