How To make Commercial Style Oatmeal, Chocolate Chip, Raisin Cookies
1 c Unsalted butter
; at room temperature 1 1/2 c Light brown sugar; firmly
-packed 1/2 c White sugar
1 lg Egg
2 ts Vanilla extract
1 ts Butterscotch extract
1 ts Baking soda
3/8 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1 c All-purpose flour
2 c Rolled oatmeal
1 c Golden raisins; plumped in
-water, Then drained 1 1/2 c Chocolate chips
1/2 c Pecan pieces; (optional)
Recipe by: The Washington Post 10/30/96 Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream the butter with both sugars until well blended. Stir in the egg and the vanilla and butterscotch extracts. Fold in the baking soda, salt, cinnamon, flour and oatmeal. Incorporate the raisins, chocolate chips and pecan pieces. Form into rounds the size of golf balls and place 3 inches apart on the baking sheets, pressing down slightly. Bake until just light brown around the edges, about 14 to 16 minutes. Do not overbake these cookies -- they may seem a little underdone but will crisp as they cool. Cool on racks. (Makes about 2 1/2 dozen). * NOTE: For chocolate-chunk oatmeal cookies, omit the raisins and add 2 cups coarsely chopped imported chocolate pieces, or use half raisins, half chocolate chunks. Ingredients :
Unsalted butter (softened) 1 cup or 226 gm
plain flour 1.5 Cup
baking soda 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
soft brown sugar(Firmly Packed) 1/2 cup
caster Sugar 1/3 cup
Eggs 2
(* These can be made Eggless by subsituting 2 eggs with 1 Ripe Banana and 2 Tbsp curd *)
vanilla essence 2 tsp
Hot water 1.5 tsp
Rolled Oats ( Old fashioned ,Not Instant Oats) 2 cups
chocolate Chips 1/2 cup ( as per taste )
Raisins 100 gm ( as per taste )
***you can add dry fruits / nuts , if u like .

Small Batch of Oatmeal Cookies - Treat Yourself
Small batch of oatmeal cookies are ones you’ll want to keep in your cookie jar. Filled with oats and raisins, these cookies are buttery and crisp around the edges and soft and chewy in the centers.

✴️ Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter , melted
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup raisins
✴️ Instructions
1) Heat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silpat liner.
2) In a medium sized bowl, cream together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well blended.
3) Beat in the egg yolk and the vanilla extract until creamy. Set the bowl aside.
4) In a separate small bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
5) Mix the flour mixture into the butter mixture until well blended. Stir in the oats and raisins.
6) Use a medium sized cookie scoop and place cookies 2-inches apart on the cookie sheet.
7) Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not over bake.
8) Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on a cookie sheet then transfer them to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
✴️ Notes
To measure flour correctly, use a spoon to scoop the flour into a measuring cup and slightly overfill. Then, use the back of a knife or other straight edged utensil to level the flour across the cup. Do not scoop the flour. When you scoop, the flour gets packed too tightly and you will end up with more flour than the recipe calls for.

These Delicious Oatmeal Raisin cookies are so easy to make and basically irresistble! These Cookies made with oats and raisins not only gives that signature taste but also make them a healthier cookie.
Ingredients:
-All- purpose flour 12 cup ( 120 gm )
-Salt 1/4 tsp
-Baking soda 1/2 tsp
-Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
-Rolled Oats 1 & 1/2 cup ( 160 gm )
-Raisins 1/2 cup
-Softened butter 1/2 cup ( 115 gm )
-Brown sugar 1/2 cup ( 100 gm )
-Granulated sugar 1/4 cup ( 50 gm )
-Egg 1
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Directions:
-In a bowl add, all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon powder, rolled oats , raisins and mix well, set aside.
-In another bowl add , butter, brown sugar, white sugar and mix until light and fluffy.
-Add egg , vanilla essence and mix until combined.
-Add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Take some cookies mixture with the help of scoope and place on a baking tray. press the mixture with the help of spatula or spoon and give a round shape.
-Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180c for 10-12 minutes.
-Soft and chewy oatmeal raisin cookies are ready.
